I used to use netflix and honestly, there selection of watch it now movies are mediocre and you have to be on the waiting list forever for the newest dvd releases. I'm still in college, but my first 2 and some years of it, I worked at Medco. you start off at 9.75 then work your self up to 14 something by 2nd year, with 2 weeks paid vacation + 2 weeks of PTO, along with match 401k, health insurances and such... But seriously, you should ask him upfront what the noises are, and if you think he is lying to you, call the cops saying your neighbor is doing some suspicious activity and he could be hurting animals.
