Well you would have gotten no ticket if you had not done anything wrong dipshit. Tickets are written when laws are broken under the judgement of the officer, and I think you broke a law. Which then is why you got a ticket, and being smart it and telling the cop "did you pull me over cause it is memorial day" has got to be the most ignorant thing ever. Try again.
