How about in indoor speed is not as important. But if it is the consenus that you can be slow and play soccer and just have a good touch, you couldnt be more wrong. You have to get to the ball before the other player do you not?

I played addias premier league for a few years, ill kick it around. I played on 3 teams last winter, so I would definatly be in.

Eat protein before, and after just keep hydrated sleep and a multi vitamin. I have been at it for a few years now, and I have never taken a supplement other then stuffing my face with as much good quality food as possible I am about a 185 and squat more then my chicken legs should let me, bench into the 370 range, and still just do it all the old fashion way.

Now you got me thinking Sam, whats the race 40-140 or till when ever? I am just curious as I think from a roll you have the advantage. But I will stick with my initial bet and not be a chump put $25 on Ray. Sam ill pay you before the race even!
