  1. hp's are suposed to rate well. I still like the new samsungs!
  2. I work at the circuit city on polaris. I know for a fact we have the best prices aruond, we shop everyone, and we really do have to many tvs to choose from. Your question is very vauge, but do you want a thin smaller screened size tv or a bigger 13" deep projection type. You can get a 50" in lcd or dlp projection easily, and about a 37" to 40 lcd and a few 42 in plamsas for under 2 g's. I am working tomorrow and sunday.
  3. I got in an accident and i think the trailing arm on my 94 civic cx hatchback is twisted, and I now need a new one! Also if anyone has the upper or lower control arms that would be cool to! Im not looking to pay a fortune either and I need these ASAP! Thanks

    OSU vs. UM

Ohio states defense will shock everyone, they beat our 1st team offense in the spring game, they will be plenty good enough! Lets just hope we can win the turn over margin and play smart. An for those who think OSU is going to blow out NIU this weekend, think again, tressel will keep the game NIU to a very low score and OSU will score around 30, its wont be the barn burner everyone thinks.
  6. wtf was the thing that fell, call me ignorant
  7. Ah I had my boxes mixed up. Go direct tv it is by far the best for television viewing, no if ans or buts.
  8. We have i a sylvania 20in LCD here for 3 something. As for your time warner broadcast, you can switch the output resolution on the box from 1080i to 720p via the menu for the box, or a manual swich on the back of the box. An you are correct there is nothing broadcasted in 1080p resoultion via providers, only hard drives and blue ray. Side note even though we pretend the 1080p stuff we have here in our store is 1080p it is not, because HDMI cables max resolutions are around 1000p lines, toil that!
  9. 1080p is the best, there are twice the pixels, but its not sensible right now, as there is zero sources besides blue ray that will play a true 1080p signal. But heres the catch on those 1080p sets, they have an upconversion process to bump up a regular 720p picture which is standard to around the 850 to 900p range, so inessence if you take a regular 1080p set and sit it beside a 720p set and you feed the same feed to both the 1080p set WILL look better hands down. On to this tv, it has a decent picture with crude displating technology, those screen have the worst viewing angles, and do poorly in heavily lit areas, and the plasmas WILL out last the crt sets, they have 60,000 hour half lifes, wheres are crts are only around 40-50 thousand. Plamsa is nothing to fear other then high repair costs, it has the best picture besides the 1080p sets. (the bulbs for dlp and lcd projection units are 200-300 $) If anyone wants a slighty better deal on TV's come see me at the polairs circuitcity, i dont work on commission but we have everything, and I will get you a better deal then joe blow, and I will let you know all you wish to know!
