While I have a couple referrals from family and friends, I realized you all would have some good input. Unless we find a great for sale buy owner place, I think it will be ideal to have a buyer's agent.

BTW, thanks for posting this thread. Girl got a fire lit under her in the past 2 weeks to buy a home, out of nowhere (I've been saving and kinda/sorta looking for a long time). I told her she is reading this thread and the linked threads today (she agreed as she's always had a good experience with anyone from CR). Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far.

The Barnes and Noble over here at Easton said they have not had it in over a year. I might try the one down by Cars and Coffee.

AFAIK, Both Giant Eagle and Kroger in New Albany carry it. If you want, I can pick up copies.

Glad this thread came along...need a new phone (I have a very early Thunderbolt, works like a champ, but slowly dying.) Anyone have any input or experience that if I were to buy something such as the Nexus I could keep my Verizon unlimited data? I really haven't done much research on it.
