I have decided that I am going to keep the van and continue making it fast as I have most of the parts here to do so and why stop now. So it is no longer for sale.

I bought it and had the tranny rebuilt. It ran perfect but seaped a little antifreeze out of the back of the head gasket so I replaced it along with a lot of the other stuff that is listed above. None of the antifreeze leaked into the motor, just externally.I drove it for about 9 months and then got a crack in the flywheel. That is when I decided to replace the flywheel and yank the whole motor out and replace the rod bearings and what else i could while it was out. I cleaned everything thoroughly and painted it under the hood. Everything is painted, engine, firewall, wheel wells, etc and it all cleaned up pretty nice. It doesn't leak any oil so it stays clean. The body has about 222,000 miles on it but the drive train is practically new. I raced it once at the trails just to see what it would do and ran a 16.1 consistently at minimal boost. plumb the intercooler, increase the boost and you will have an easy 14 second minivan. 1989 Plymouth Voyager SE turbo 2.5L turbo 4 cylinder. A413 auto 3speed tranny What is new: transmission flywheel torque convertor 30,000 gvw cooler axels thermostat valve cover gasket head gasket oil pan gasket rod bearings timing belt spark plugs computer was replaced before i got it balance shafts removed modified factory blow off valve To be installed and goes with the van: Intercooler 1G DSM Blow off valve This is a good van for the age and gets me everywhere. Im sure there is more that is new i just can't think of everything. The windshield has a crack and a slight leak if there is a heavy rain. There are a few rust spots but nothing major. the front fender is dented and the rear hatch is dented but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed. There are no leaks from the engine and should have many miles in her. It also has a manual boost controller set at around 12psi which helps her get up and go a little quicker with hardly little to no lag. 89 turbo minivan

I hope to be there in my turbo voyager.I wouldn't mind seeing some rice in the rear view while hauling a van full of groceries.

i tried calling you a couple of days ago because i was having trouble with the van but it said the verizon number you are trying to reach blocks all incoming calls?maybe i called the wrong number?it will be later on friday. not til about 9.but on saturday ill probably be there around 6.

i will be at brice road, i have to work during event but can make it out in the evening to watch the burnouts

i am the proud owner of a 97 GTP and also an 89 plymouth voyager 2.5 turbo. Any other turbo dodge fans around?Anything forced induction is awesome. I can't wait to see some other cool local stuff. Any good events coming up i should check out?
