    I got the new gaskets, but they were [plastic. I definitely used RTV around the passages though. I never, ever want to have to go back in there. This engine used regular coolant, none of that orange shit. I also did a little intake porting while I was in there. Wish I had more time.

    And fuck the lower intake gaskets. Poor design from the factory, and the low torque settings of the steel bolts in aluminum intake/heads/block is the obvious cause of the leaks the engine is prone to getting. /rant

    I came in to post this. Also, if you go to the aquarium, you must also go to the planetarium next door. Those two buildings alone could kill an entire day. The museum of Natural History is right next door as well; we ran out of time.

    I work for APC. I build large scale data centers and install equipment. I also keep it running and answer questions. I used to work at Liebert in Del. with all the other guys posting in this thread.
