Do NOT get your scores from this place. They are not the scores used by everyone else, and they are worthless. Also, do not download the electronic copy offered on the website, get the paper copy in the mail.

Did it smell like sour earth? Kinda like a pig farm if you've ever smelled one? that indicates a drainage issue. I had to deal with that in my backyard when I first moved into my house.

Yeah I'm near Polaris, dead south, almost to 270. I also have these cabinets that came from a Verizon store. They'd make excellent garage cabinets. I paid $150 for them (2 count, $300 total).
