  1. Scheinders in Westerville is terrible.

Destination donuts were amazing. We had chocolate bacon ones and raspberry something or another and they were delicious. Highly recommend. Also it was the first time I have ever been to north market before and that place rocks. I will be going there a lot more now that I know what it's about.

Join the Hot Chicken Takeover movement. It's the only vendor upstairs.

  2. Destination is inside North Market and also usually at the Worthington Farmers Market on Saturdays. DK Diner on 3rd in Grandview is my donut spot. They aren't especially gourmet, but they are awesome! If you go to DK, get there early, and plan to wait if you want to get a table.

    Damn I'm fat.

  3. Looks like I need to read up, there is way more out there then I even imagined.. If I could get a setup that has a hub like that and link it to my tv Xbox etc with wireless surround sound and still be able to pair a Audi device such as a iPhone to play music through $1700 doesn't sound to terrible

You can do exactly that with the Sonos stuff. The connect is supposed to sync all of the outputs on its own wireless network. You can do it without the connect, but I've read it's a PITA and some people complained of sync issues.

There should be a demo at Micro Center shortly if you want to check it out.

  4. LG and Westinghouse makes some good TV's that are usually priced pretty good. I would most definitly spend the extra $100-$200 and skip the Visio. I had one before and personally never had any problems but the quality is significantly better.

IMO Vizio has stepped up their game the past few years. I wouldn't put them in the same category as Westinghouse. May have a biased opinion though.

  5. Malcolm Ross (part of the Ross Labs/Abbott family) lives in UA and has the 918 and the LaFerrari. My coworker's kids go to Wellington with Ross' kids, and Malcolm likes to go to Cuco's and Rancho Allegre a lot so it's not unusual to see one of those cars just parked in front of a strip mall on Henderson Rd.

    Very cool cars indeed.

I'm eating lunch at City BBQ right now. That 918 just pulled up to the smoothie place next door.

  6. Ever dreamed of being cooler than Clay? Here's your chance, and it's cheap!

I've been neglecting this for a couple months with the house and wedding taking priority. Would like to move-on but still owe the bank. Similar V's with higher miles are in the 14-15k range. 11,500 OBO. Blue book says 11,300 in poor condition.

    Full-disclosure:

I hear a whine at highway speeds and sometimes when cruising which makes me think it will need a differential sometime in the future. Diff fluid was changed about a year and a half ago with Redline fluid. Could be my paranoia, but it could blow up after a few rough beatings.

Pretty sure it needs a front passenger side lower ball joint.

    Drivers door handle sometimes sticks.

The interior is a little rough around the edges. PO was a smoker and there are a few burn marks near the A pillar.

    Stock wheels were badly plastic-dipped.

I bumped the support beam in my garage on the drivers side (see pictures). I have an appointment with Clifford, his rough estimate was under $400.

Car has Pacesetter non-coated headers (no cats) to a Magnaflow X and axleback. Sounds mean, but not obnoxious. Was tuned by Brian 381/381. Short shifter with a TWM weighted knob. Revshift motor mounts and trans insert. CS diff bushing. Extreme Composites hood, painted and fitted by Clifford Automotive. Aux jack installed in place of satellite radio.

Have a ton of spare parts including: upper and lower factory grills. Upper aftermarket badgeless grill. Stock Headers. ATI UD harmonic balancer with the belts needed for the job. 2nd set of factory wheels (with rash) and some road course tires already mounted and balanced. Set of Milie Miglia wheels with RF winter tires.

I will post more as I think about it. Posting from phone. More pictures to follow.

  7. The LCD screen on this TV is amazing! We have used this same TV in our basement for almost 5 years. If you are looking for a TV to get the job done I could not recommenced this more.

Thanks for the bump. Had an interested party, but he hasn't replied to PM in a few days. Still available!

  8. You can buy a cable that connects to the Sirius receiver. Unless you use Sirius, it's the cleanest method IMO. I ran it through the B pillar, under the carpet and drilled a small hole with a female 3.5mm connector into the center cubby.

*Edit* Just saw you mentioned using the Sirius. If you can use the App and subscription from your phone it is worth it just to have the ability to play Spotify/Pandora.

  9. Upgraded so this needs to go. Would like $200. It's nothing spectacular, but it has worked like a champ for the past 2 years without issue.

Can get more pics if needed. It's a $200 TV though, so...

Don't really have any specs. Newegg has it listed as out of stock for $999.99. Do you are getting a great deal! :dumb:

  10. I'll be wearing it a couple times a year, so I want to buy something that will look good and last for years. I don't mind spending the money for something high-quality. I probably won't get anything on sale as I've screwed myself and waited until the last minute to do something.

I stopped by a Jos. A Bank and my god did they get expensive. I then went to Nordstroms as I found they carry Hart Schaffner Marx suits that I already have. Less expensive and I know the brand as I have one from 7 years ago that's holding up incredibly well.

Will check out Ticknors and I didn't know DSW sold suits. I've had bad experiences with different Men's Warehouses over the years as well as a few friends of mine, so I really don't want to go there unless I have to like I said.

*Oh, and it's really annoying to find the majority of suits are these slim fits. Don't they know the average American is a fat ass??

I was told Jos. A Bank would mark down over 50% on anything. I tried it a few weeks back and it felt weird asking for money off, but he did it without blinking an eye.
