The place I have now has everything I could ever want Lifts, tools, Air, 220 electric Everything! However I can only be there while the owners are there and there only during the week usually from 8-5 or a lil later. Well I work during the week and cannot work on my car at night at my current space. The guy I lease from is great but I understand this going in that thats the only time I had and agreed. I totally understand and Im in an open lease however My project not gonna get done if I cant work on my car. This seems like a good place to store and work on cars considering its not in town or near houses but still has security. Im willing to split it with someone so I can have a place for my car and work on it whenever I want. So if you have any intrest let me know.
