Im looking for some cheap wheels to make a chassis a roller. Need to be 5x114.3, 15" or 16" will work. It's possible 14's would, but I don't know for sure. Tires just need to hold air. It's for a 240sx, but 5 lugs. Thanks.
Recently bought an out-of-state FD. It came with a key for it, but it was broken, and sadly I think I might have lost that broken key. I'd like to have a dealer get me a new key but I'm sure I probably have to show the title. I have the title, it's just not in my name yet and would need the out-of-state inspection to be able to get it in my name. Car is a roller. Do I need to trailer it to the BMV/dealership? Or is anyone here able to lend a hand?
According to the Ohio BMV's website, for an out of state sale, you just need the original title and out of state inspection in order to get it titled in Ohio.
Quick Google search says I just need the original title, then an Out Of State motor vehicle inspection form, which a deputy registrar branch will do for $3.50. Just to confirm vehicle make, model, style, mileage, and VIN.
I'm looking at a car in hopes of buying it. It has a Virginia title. What do I need to make sure of in order to be able to get the car titled in Ohio? Seller said it has a Virginia title (which is a non notary state), and asked if I was ok with an open title. He said there's no spot for a notary. Any advice? Thanks!
Well, with the super huge carrier and air lockers in the Rubicon D44, this style puller won't work. There's not enough clearance to get the puller under the inner race.
Anyone have a clamshell style bearing puller I could borrow for about an hour, if that? Lol. Le sigh.
Surprisingly, Vatozone does not have them for rent or sale.
Thanks Patterson, picking one up from there tomorrow. Need to to finish regearing the Rubicon to 4.88's. Woot.
I'm in need of one of these:

Can I get something like this in Columbus? Or do I need to order it online? I kind of need it this week sometime, which is why it would be nice to get it in Cbus. Thanks!
1989 Buick Centry, which was followed up by a 1990 Pontiac 6000. So glad I'm done with those turds haha. For what it's worth, those 2 cars got airborne during my time driving them. Lolz.
I got some drill bits handed down to me from a passed relative. I got a few normal sets and a few random ones that I have no idea what they're for. Does anyone know what these are supposed to be used for??
