  1. I have heard that manifolds and y-pipe off a LT1 z28 will fit on a 90's model silverado. Does anyone know this to be true? I dont want to spend 5 or 6 hundred on a y-pipe header combo on my old truck. I need a bit more power to tow stuff and I have seen dyno numbers that just changing the stock y-pipe frees up about 15-20 torque. Anyone tried this set up?
  2. I'll take the wood. pm me your phone#.
  3. Dose any one know where i can find the brackets and acc. for an LT1. My dad has one and we can't find them an any junckyards.
  4. go to jegs.com and look up part# 329-72-32520
  5. It's not to hard. There are 4 mounts, the one by the the belts, and the one in the front by the radiator are the easy ones. The one under the intake by the firewall on the driver side is a little tuff. The mount on the tranny under the battery tray is stupid, you have to let the tranny down really low to get it out. But I cant remember if you have to take that one out or not to pull the motor. the rest is just some wires and hose clamps like every thing ells.
  6. Tighten driveshaft bolt...WTF is this? Tighten nuts and bolts on chassis I have seen the crank bolt fall out on some supra's.
