  1. Our boxer has been the best dog I ever could have hoped for. It seems like every boxer owner feels this exact same way. We only plan on having one dog in our lifetime and I couldnt have been happier with our choice. But then again or dogs purpose is as a family dog and not for hunting so I dont know how a boxr would do with that.
  2. Ben you still doing this? I may just want you to get rid of my stuff if noone buys it soon.
  3. 16 years I have had kids and 16 years my parents have been putting their 2cents in when nobody cares. I know theres members on here that no longer have parents and would give anything to have parents that care but when is enough, enough. We have discussed them doing this over and over but lately its just been nonsense. They spent my entire chilldhood either working or hating each other and I know they have always tried to make up for their guilt with my kids. Thats fine but they are walking contradictions at this point spending most of the time I see them telling me what I should do with my kids or why I shouldnt have done this. It has put a huge strain on our relationship for years several times to the point I warned them I was close to cutting off all ties. We had another blow out tonight to the point I lost my composure(something I havent done with them in years). How do you get through to people that just dont get it? My issue with them tonight was with my sons attitude and my attempts to correct it before it gets out of hand, but instead of just allowing me to do so my dad feels he needs to get an attitude with me, and then my 20year long menopausal mom has to chime in. And now I feel like the bad guy, as usual.
  4. Please negotiate prices through pm's.
  5. I dont agree, I want the best bang for my buck. Typically thats not in an average sale price of $25,000 range. I want whatever I spend that kind of money on to last a long time. Unfortunately we are limited by what were presented with. I dont want to pay $25k on a product that cost a fraction of that to develop and implement. The first car company that comes out with a sexy design, quality built, affordable, and easy to maintain car, will own the market.
  6. Chain is 10k solid, 21" length, this is fairly wide, not the thin style. I believe the weight is 28grams. Asking $1500. Pm me an offer if you dont like my price. Thanks http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/faa9_12.jpg
  7. What year/size cbr? I had some parts left over from the 3 cbr 900rr's I tore down to build mine, I can see if I still have anything.
  8. Thats crazy, how far apart are those markers?
  9. Let me know if you are one or know a reasonably priced licensed architect. Thanks
  10. It is all public knowledge, some counties just make it easier to find with easy to use websites. The other option is walking into the auditors office to seek your answer. I regularly search property owners in tennessee looking for land.
  11. I have used seed after seed using this method and it never comes back. Soil that doesnt maintain itself is either to rich or lacking something. Even if you used this method theres nothing protecting the seed and with dry soil comes compaction, it would at least need tilled in.
  12. Paints have come a long way over the last decade. If your worried about peeling or blistering you can add emulsabond with the paint. Some paints even come fortified with it already. Keep in mind that most paint warranties are for blistering or fading only so you want to check the fading warranty. IMHO painted stucco looks betterfor longer than the colored stucco alone. As you paint stucco the paint fills in alot of the natural almost micrscopic holes in stucco where dirt tends to collect overtime making it look old. Add to that fading and you have stucco that needs attention from a visual standpoint and often structural. Keep in mind that while mit looks great after initially painting, at some point it will need painted again, that could be 30 years or that could be 5. Depends on the prep before painting , the structural integrity of the stucco and the materials its created with(procedure used to attach it), and the paint used. I painted homes 15 years ago that I happen to see while I am out driving that still look good to this day but thats all prep and paint quality.
  13. Is that with adding new soil or just tilling whats there? If you sod out the bad thats currently there, til existing soil, and resod, is the crabgrass still there? Or would new soil being added and new sod be a permanent fix?
  14. I was told earlier in the season that you have one opportunity to control crabgrass and thats in the spring before it starts. Once it starts nothing will remove it until it goes dormant during winter. Dont know validity but your customer may have to deal with it until winter, then treat/preventer come spring before it actively grows. I have spent hundreds trying to kill it during mid season with no luck, I will try again in spring.
  15. The one on brice had them last month and you never know what inventory they have day to day. We bought just the charger for the wall($5) and went back 2 weeks later and they had the multi charger pack with cord, wall, earbuds, and car for $12. Good Luck.

  17. Are you seeking advice on how to handle the situation or asking for a referral to a more knowledgeable company to assist in fixing your customers issue?
