  2. Anyone have or know someone with experience repairing fiberglass? I made a boo boo when working on the boat. I have been told its a super easy repair I could do myself but having never done any fiberglassing I would like to have some experience when fixing it. I have contacted a few places who all said its a few hr thing including dry time for all the resins in-between the different layers but I felt their prices were high for what needs done and the amount of time they quoted. Anyone with expewrience want to help(I will pay) or recommend someone? Thanks. Experience with Gelcoat is a plus as well.
  3. Oh, I thought you had service issues.
  4. What was your original problem? Joe talked me into switching and I have had a ton of issues that come and go.
  5. Check you pm's, buy my whole project, drop my 5.0 in tune and go.
  6. I have done work in that garage. Of course there wasnt a single car in there .
  7. Killjoy do you know if you can buy rolls of csm or even pieces buy the yard at west marine?
  8. They are cheap to develop, decent audience numbers from the initial shows have led to copycats. I watch Pawn stars, and even a little hardcore pawn if nothing else is on but the storage shows are all bs. I cant stand those 2 jackass' on auction hunters and people fail to realize at least that show is just a re-enactment of their "biggest scores". The ladies pawn show is just retarded. I am sure there will be another restoration type show soon to compete with American restoration.
  9. Looking for 2 matching captains chairs, not the small fold up kind used in bass boats. They can need recovering thats okay but the need to be structurally sound.
  10. Where locally can I buy fiberglass either on a roll or by the foot? Also looking for the resin. Thanks
  11. I was able to right click on my screen saver and found some adjustable settings. I switched it to 1920x1080. That looks a little better, but is there another thing to adjust?
  12. Nothing even close to that appears.
  13. Is that on the monitor or a computer setting? I dont see an adjustment on the monitor named "resolution".
  14. We recently had to buy a new computer monitor and my wife states it seems blurry. Its a much larger than the old fashioned one we had and this one is lcd. I have made several adjustments using the various settings and it doesnt change anything that I notice. My eyes take a second to focus and I think its just the new technology they arent used to. Is this normal? The picture seems kind of stretched even when I switch to normal size but again I contribute it to the wideness of the screen. Perhaps the quality of the monitor isnt very good? Its an acer A221HQV. I am connected with a vga cable(no hdmi).

  16. Last year I had to swap the ac compressor(resulting in other issues) on my bravada and Craig offered advice and told me to get with him when I was ready to go about charging it. I called him yesterday to see if he was still willing to help and today he took a break from his own project to not only help me get it straightened out, but also gave me a great tutorial on how the whole thing worked and proper techniques when dealing with them. I am sure alot of my questions were dumb ones but he never let on that he thought I was a noob to all of it. I feared taking my car to a shop that would either overcharge me money I dont have or throw parts at the problem in an attempt to fix it. Craig knows his stuff and certainly is the man when it comes to it. Thanks again Craig.
  17. Clearing some space and came across this stuff from an old project. Its all brand new never been used still has stickers on them, color is a red oak. All made by pergo. This was all special ordered from home depot and its been to long ago to return. This stuff should match a multitude of different flooring colors as they make trim pieces to do so, and should match other manufacturers red oaks as well. I held it up to my cherry floors and it matched it also. I dont know if you can get more flooring to match the box of flooring but could be worth checking on if you like the color. Theres several hundred dollars(if you buy it new) in baseboard and quarter round alone. Each transition piece I believe was almost $40. Asking price is $125 OBO, and as always I will trade for an Ipod touch. I have (5) pieces of 8' long baseboard (8) pieces of 8' long quarter round (2) hard-surface transition pieces (1) box of laminate flooring
  18. I have an older leather office chair, doesnt adjust in height anymore, kinda wobbly but is a decent chair. I also have a regular office chair, not on wheels, kinda like a waiting room chair. Last theres a oak 2 drawer filing cabinet, no lock. Decent shape, needs small piece of wood glued back in place, its there, just splintered up. Located in Reynoldsburg, need this stuff gone asap. Thanks
  19. A few years ago I stripped my old popup camper down to the frame. It still has the levelers on it that fold up to keep it level when you were camping(not sure what use they would be now unless your loading something without it being hooked to a car). It needs a new light set($10 at harbor freight). It needs some sort of wood put on it(just bare frame) and new tires mounted on the rims(20.5/ 8.0 x10 I believe). It does have some tires on it that are smaller than normal(one needs valve replaced before it will hold air)and I have 2 extra tires in this smaller size(no rims for extra tires) that go with it but they are old and probably only good enough to get the thing home. It does have 2 plastic fenders that come with it but they will need attached to whatever wood you put on. I do have a title for it although it lists it as a camper. It was a rather large camper so the frame isnt small by any means. I was going to use it to haul (3) 4-wheelers but never got around to finishing it. Asking $200 OBO, may take partial trade on an IPOD touch. Thanks Pics tomorrow.
  20. Does it go up to bar height or just regular office chair height? Any pics? Thanks
  21. Yes, we have remodeled the room we use to have all our office stuff in, and now I plan on getting a small tv to hang on a wall swivel mount(as the monitor) but I also want to be able to watch tv from it. Do newer computer monitors have the capability of having cable ran to them, or an adapter to make this possible, or am I going to have to go the original tv/monitor route?
  22. Have yet to get a tv, but its going to be something fairly small. I was thinking of a 32" but might get something smaller. When its being used for a computer monitor, I will be at regular viewing distance so I wont need to read small print across a room or anything, but when its used as a tv I want to be able to see it from 7' away. So I need to find a tv that also has a vga connection? Are these(tv with vga) hard to find new these days?
  23. Yes, a blue one. How much is the cable(hdmi on other end?)? How would the picture look using this kind of hook-up?
