  10. How much you want to bet when the next world war breaks out this thing goes from being a statue to a world ender. Trust noone.
  11. Sounds like you are unsure of what you want. Theres many different types of boats and most allow for different uses. Once you narrow down what you want a watercraft for, it will make your search easier. the best boat I have had was an old pontoon boat I bought at auction. it was just a flat surface when I got it. The seats had rotted from years of sitting. For $200 i was able to make all new seats and cover them with new vynil. i took pics of a new boat and just made my own(it didnt hurt I worked as an apprentice at a auot upholstery shop many moons ago). The boat turned out looking like new when I was done. It had a small motor on it but with built in coolers, a table, and built in grill, everyone ended up docking to the pontoon all day with the radio blasting. I towed my jetskis behind it incase I wanted to go fast but it was nice to just hang out. And with gas what it is, you can literally burn hundreds a day in fuel with a speedboat. I dont know about anyone else but going fast is fine for awhile but hanging out is far better. Get a cheap pontoon and fix it up however you want. best bang for the buck and they keep their value.
  12. just a ski $1000 http://columbus.craigslist.org/rvs/1215742547.html
  13. Seen a guy riding a forklift full throttle in our warehouse and spli a steel column right between the forks. He was watching where he was going and the warehouse was empty. Said he just didnt see it. It was a 12"x12" column painted safety yellow in an empty warehouse. Seen a guy lose a road saw off the 3rd story of a building when it got stuck in reverse, good thing he was harnessed off.
  14. How much are you looking to spend?
  15. Seen it done really looking sharp but not a fan of that one.
  16. We left a guy stuck on the rafters of a new building by taking the lift down, A few minutes later he started screaming he had to shit, we laughed until he dropped trowel and shit right off the side of the building.
  17. The "bad" pain has been gone for awhile. At night and sometimes during the day it feels as though someone is tightening a band around the middle of the foot. I have started to be able to feel the certain areas of the actual injury/break as the swelling has started to subside. If I push it, it will start to really ache at night and I cant wait to elevate it to get the swelling to go away. Having the skin move over the foot feels odd. I have placed my entire bodies weight on it for a few short trips. I have been able to walk with the assistance of a walker since I got out of the hospital. I can walk up the stairs by myself but I am still nervous about it and go slow. I am still cosidered "non weight bearing" for a few months yet. I am suppose to rock my weight from leg to leg as I stand. I will get some recent pics up tomorrow when the wife frees disk space on the camera. Thanks for the support guys, kirks5.0 has been a big help with his answering of my questions, and spaceghost as well(having a similar situation) wherever he went. Being able to BS on cr has made the time go by quicker.
  18. sorry long read. Well its been almost 2 months since I was hurt at work where a 1200lb piece of concrete crushed several bones in my foot and broke a few others. For anyone who is unaware, they rebuilt it and reattached my toes with screws. So I am officially done with my casts. I have gone through 2 different types of casts the second of which required me to remove it several times a day thus resulting in tearing off whatever skin was able to grow over the graft donor site needed to close the 2'' wide by 6'' long area opened up when my foot inerds came flowing out. So I am now down to being able to put on a tennis shoe and get off the walker and wheelchair I have forced to use since it happened and move to crutches. My foot still swells often throughout the day and I need to prop it up to get the blood to go away. Its a big step now because I have actually been walking unassisted for short trips around the house. Having the kids out of school has been a big help since I dont stay in bed for days on end before they were here. My foot is still disfigured due to the injury and the swelling which is still months from going away but its coming along. I cant tell you how much having a loving wife who waits on you hand and foot has been. So thats about it. Maybe in the next few months I can get back to work. Being home has been a financial burden due to workers comp rules and the situation with being back with my old company for 5 weeks before being injured. With this company I make the majority of my yearly income in the 3 summer months(workers comp dont calculate for this). I have had to use alot of my savings to make it through and its going to get worse when the check amounts drop again in a week or 2. Plus when I do get back to work, the work load will be down and no chance of making up for it. Winter will be very interesting. But so far were making it.
  19. Definately looking for used if namebrand and I am not looking to pay retail. If I cant find anything before I leave for vacation in a few weeks, I will take my trailer with me and theres a ton of powersports places around the lake house, I will find something there for sure.
  20. I am looking to buy several quads or 4 wheelers. Looking for 110cc sizes-300cc sizes or anything in between. Looking for reasonably prices bikes. I have been finding 01' hondas for $1000 but cant find anything in an automatic. Both must be automatic. I dont care if they are chinese brands as long as the $$$$ is right and you can show me they run. I would prefer the bigger one to be name brand but if not oh well. Looking for reasonably priced. They may only get ridden once. Looking to purchase asap if the price is right. Cash is king.
  21. Alex uses one check with him. I thought about it, but I would not pay to try. If I used one and liked it, I would buy.
  22. I have had several kawasaki zxi's. Best built skis's I have ever ridden. They would stand up to anything.
  23. Dont hate the shuttlecraft. I had one until I quickly realized it was stupid.
