ok I pulled the pan and it will need a crank at the least. it is a rust free clean car that the paint is pealing off from the pinstripe up. everything else works. I have 150 in it. I have a 99 dollar pressure washer that has a pinpoint spray attachment that spins to make a nice cone shape spray pattern that works almost better that any soap.and it does not use much water so it does not cause a prob with sensors and caps. Clay if you are ever around hit me up we can clean her up in about 10min

First off man go by a new gasket Second you realy should pull the motor and fix ALL the little shit wrong with it. Fix the pan gasket you "Rigged" and do Both head gaskets and all of the stuff you will find with the motor out.
