I have a 98 Chevy malibu that throws a random cylinder misfire code. I replaced the plugs and I am going to replace the wires. It threw the code again the other night. The car has a lot of miles on it and I dont want to dump a lot of money into it. Would a good scannner or ignition analyzer work? Does anybody have access one? I would be willing to throw you a few dollars if possible. CJ

Once someone sends you money and you accept it should you wait a certain time period to ship items? I guess what I am asking do I have to worry the funds sent were legit etc? I thought I heard old horror stories about people sending stuff then the funds being no good or removed/debited from the sellers bank account. Whats everyone opinion?

Good- New BFG tires, newer brakes, newer engine bad-rust, some dents, running on 5 cylinders.. Had compression test done over 180 except in one cylinder. Either bad valve or rings. how much did u pay sti and dragknee? 360 it is a old school metal heavy mopar hood off of a challenger. Not sure where it is going yet a lof of people interested all over the place.

I am guessing it can only be done via a truck. Has anyone ever done this? Or bought one themselves? How was it shipped? Pricing etc? I have no way to lug this hood some where to get a price quote and just trying to get a ball park. Thanks CJ

Well changed the plugs seems to be idling and running better. Drove it around for two days and no problem. Third day with the ac on it started running even worse like it wouldnt hardly move at all even with the gas floored. Not sure what do now plug wires?

If you didnt go you didnt miss much. There was maybe 20 cars there nothing that great. They did have a brand new Cadillac convertible in the dealer that stickered at 102k. I dont know much about Cadillacs, the model etc, it said super charged north star engine. Is that the most expensive car GM makes?
