Hit a person @ 22mph or another car for that matter and tell me how safe that is. Also they are going a lot faster than that. They will have us all on the news one day. It just gives a bad name to hot rodding racing or whatever. It is just ignorance if you ask me.

They have been saying that they were going to do that for 12 years. I know Aaron also. Hopefully he was able to talk them in to doing something with that place. As I said before if they would actually invest the $ to fix it up then it would be a great place to race and also be a big $ maker for them. Lets see if they actually go through with it this time.

I doubt anyone suing them will make them fix the track. They would just close it down. We have been trying to get them to fix the track since the early 90's. That place used to be the place to go. There were a lot of fast cars there and just about everyone was a regular. They are all gone now and they still have not taken the hint. It really is a shame because if he put some money in that place he could rake in the cash. Everyone would start going back.

They need probable cause or the drivers consent before searching a car. There are a few other things that can come in to play like plain view and stuff like that but for the most part they have no right. A lot of times they will just ask and most people say yes so that they don't look guilty. If you have done nothing then tell them to go to hell. Deputyligtning can probably fill you guys in a little better but this is stuff that I have learned from the academy. If you just speeding and get pulled over and they ask to search SAY NO. It is not against the law for them to ask.

If worse comes to worse Nations rent @ Easton has them for $21 a day. I had to rent one from there last Saturday.

Man I hate that crap. I seen some kid in a red civic SI on Morse rd last Friday. He was tailgating everyone and was reving his junk. A car would move forward in traffic and he would do a clutch drop. I wanted to get out and just punch that idiot in the face. That stupid fu%$#@ actually thought that shit was cool.

Marion is 1/4 but it is the closest thing to driving on the street you can get. Actually it is more like driving down a gravel county rd. Dodge the water spots and bumps and holes. smile.gif
