  1. I need to find something like this but for about half that price . I work in Dublin and live in Blacklick and between the wifes Yukon and mine we are spending about 370.00 a month in gas. Feels like such a waste of money.
  2. Thanks man I'll head over to the boat crew now. And good luck in the Army. This is my first boat that I have owned but my parents had a boat when I was growing up. I paid 6 for it.
  3. Well you got 1 thing right. The $150.00 . My wife is awesome, she takes good care of us, she's not needy and lets me have all my hobbies.
  4. 1991 21.5 foot Thompson Cuddy with a 4.3 Mercruiser. The boat is in excellent condition. They guy I bought it from took excellent care of it. Washed and waxed it after every time out, tuned it up every year, ect ect. I got a pretty good deal on it and thats why I made the trip to Wixom MI to get it. I was suprised to see it on a single axle trailer also but the guy swears that is the original trailer that came with the boat. I have not priced any dual axle trailers yet but that is on my list of upgrades.
  5. Here is what the Camaro will look like when its done but with a different paint scheme. http://www.racingjunk.com/category/25/Pro_Modified/post/2038929/1970.5-JBRC-Pro-Mod-Camaro-Ultra-Light.html
  6. The pic makes it look a little smaller than it actually is.
  7. We have built several 6 second cars. Im not sure if you know what NHRA and IHRA inspections are like on 6 second car or how much it costs to build one but trust me everything is exactly how it should be. At this level it is literally a life or death thing and a lot of money is involved so mistakes are not an option.
  8. Its not the tongue weight. I can actually pick it up and move it around pretty easy. The only hitch I had was a drop hitch. I need to take the ball off and turn it around. Could that be what was causing it to move around so much?
  9. Here is the Monte. We built this car from the ground up. http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/1.jpg Here is my buddy James car. We built this car from the ground up also. Well we bought the tubing kit from Tim McAmis and we did the rest. Basically all we got was a bunch of pre bent bars. We had to cut and notch everything though. http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/tn_BGW_1436.jpg
  10. He still has the 632 from the last car with 3 systems on it. The Monte Carlo was kind heavy at 2700 lbs and it went 6.89 with a light tune up on it. He has always been conservative but he never hurts parts, where our buddies melt their shit down on a regular basis trying to throw the kitchen sink at it. He says its for sale though so he can get a 715. This car will be considerably lighter. These pics are about a month old. Now the car has all Carbon Fiber interior, wheel tubs ect. He says 6.teens. We will see though. He knows that if he keeps the 632 he is gonna have to hit it to run those numbers.
  11. Here is my buddies 70 P/M Camaro. It should be done about half way through the season. He is a Top Sportsman racer but I think he is gonna make the switch to Pro Nitrous class with ADRL. A lot of the guys we raced Top Sportsman have already made the move to ADRL so a lot of our friends are already running over there. http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/imagejpeg_2_2.jpg http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/imagejpeg_2_3.jpg We build all of our own cars but I did not take part in this one. I have been away from T/S racing for a few years now so I can be here for the family. Its rough always being gone but I really miss this.
  12. Here is my crew. Each one has changed my life. I am at stroke level now http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/2010-12-18200717.jpg
  13. The worst is when your at the track all day in 90 degree weather and your covered in sweat and you go to a porta potty that is already full and the toilet paper is tearing and sticking to your ass. AGGGGGGGGGG WHAT A MESS.
  14. I like your boat a lot. I had to have a cuddy for the family though.
  15. Well its home. I went to Michigan this morning and picked it up. That fricken thing was all over the place on the way home. It scared the shit out of me a few times. It was windy as hell up there but I'm not so sure if that was all of the problem. I wonder if it being a single axle has anything to do with that. When I had my enclosed trailer I never had this kind of problem and it was dual axle. http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/2011-03-12142134.jpg http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/2011-03-12101927.jpg
  16. I wish I could do that. I damn near need a house boat for my family.
  17. Here is what I'm looking at. And no deposit or wait time on this one http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/thompsonboat5252010002.jpg http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/thompsonboat5252010001.jpg http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg203/jallen_100/march2010085.jpg
  18. Look at my original post on the first car!!!!!
  19. You obviously never read my original post. I said I put a deposit down on it and was picking it up in 2 weeks. That was about a month ago and obviously I never picked it up. MY LORD!!!!!!
  20. So the deal feel through with the Camaro. The guy sent me my deposit back saying his wife was letting him keep the car. I am so pissed. I was really looking forward to getting it. FUCK IT IM BUYING A BOAT. Probably going to Michigan this weekend to pick one up that I found.
  21. It depends on the size. They are not pixelated. I worked with him a lot when I owned my photography company when he was testing different quality material and such. He has printed a bunch of stuff for me. Here is a link to his site. Let me know if your gonna call him and I will call him and ask him to take care of ya on price. http://www.brilliantcolorworks.com/
