When I was a kid my buddy had 2 of them in his attic. So the two of us follow his dad in the attic. I think he found out it was not a good idea to shoot them in the attic. He must have been a bad shot or something. There were bullet holes all through the ceiling in the upstairs of their house.

So I was talking to the previous owner just now and he told me this. The car is on a mail order tune He has changed the headers and put a bigger TB on the car since the last Dyno. He said it runs great but it definitely needs to be tuned again. Any takers when I get it home?

Here are the numbers that he gave me. He hit it with 150 shot on the 10:58 pass. He was foot braking it on that pass as well because it was the first NOS pass. He said he has not sprayed the car with the transbrake yet. He said the car has only made 2 NOS passes. He said the motor was built to take much more than that. The kit that is on it is good for 250. I think it should go in the 9's with no problem if I hit it with 250. But its only got a 6 point cage in it so I will have to add a few bars and put a chute on it to make it legal. Naturally aspirated 406rwhp 541rwtq (torque is inflated due to converter flash) recorded on a Mustang Dyno. Man that sucks to hear. I am a Diabetic too and I have had an Insulin Pump for the last two years. It does make things much easier but if you dont control your eating and your BS then its just as worthless as anything else when you dont maintain it correctly. I am awful about that and my Endocrinologist tells me she has no idea how I dont have any kidney damage yet. I am an idiot when it comes to this stuff though. I am stubborn and think I can overcome anything. I hope your wife does well and is able to get over this relatively soon. I sympathize with you guys and know how bad this must suck for you guys,

He told me that he lives 35 min from his local track and he drove it back and forth to the track with no prob. Its 93 on the street and race gas when racing and or spraying the car.

Well my thought is that it is a complete car and I can take it to the track all summer and go to some CR meets and Track days. Then I can make some upgrades over the winter.

He wants 6k with the extra transmission and he is willing to meet me half way. The car is 8 hours away and he said he would meet me outside Indy. He originally wanted 7k for it.

I will be honest. I dont plan on keeping that motor if I buy the car. I will beat on it this year and see how much spray it will take. Then next winter I will do a different motor and cage. Undecided on a Turbo or Nitrous setup though.

Guy says he has 500 miles on the new motor and has the paperwork to show the dates of parts purchases.

We use C16 in the T/S cars. Talk about fricken expensive.
