Those cars are sweet, very aerodynamic looking but if you get one make sure the back window is in really god our its reinforced because if I remember correctly they had issues with it popping out if you went over 100 with the door windows down.

Saw a guy once on the west side when everyone used to hang out at the end of interchange dr off of Wilson road tie the back bumper of his half ton 4x4 Chevy to the back bumper of a Toyota pickup with a small block and what looked like 3 1/4 ton military axles. Needless to say he puked out his front axle and didn't budge the Toyota a bit.

Alum creek is nice, all the spots there have electric but not all have water. Nice camper by the way.

Oh I know that they are very durable but there is just something about the feel of the wood in my stock, it almost feels like its one step up from balsa wood. One of these days I'm going to get around to getting a synthetic stock for it.

Nope not my first and I already have a mosin although it feels so cheaply made that I never have gotten up the courage to fire the thing lol. Like the title says I'm thinking of picking up a mini 14 and I'm just looking to educate myself on them. I was batting around buying or building an AR but I think the mini is more in my price range. I know the newer ones have a thicker barrel but is there anything I should look out for on a used one? I like the looks of the tactical one from Ruger but I'm not sure I'm sold on the looks of the pistol grip, I'd have to put my hands on one to see if I really like the feel of it. Rickenbacker airport is 749 feet if I remember correctly. Every airport has its elevation listed all you have to do is use google for the numbers. There are 5 airports in columbus and several more close by that should give you a good idea of how accurate your gps is.

Plumbing is my biggest worry, it has a septic system and a well so there is no telling what the idiots who lived there before did before they were forclosed on.

Hmm I know I've seen some people that have done some kind of loan that allowed them to put some sweat equity in their home, I just cant think of what that loan was called and I thought this might be it but I guess not. I dont really want to pocket any money but it could be a nice little house with a nice piece of land if was cleaned up.

Just wondering if anyone on here has any experience with the homepath renovation mortgages. The wife and I have found a house that is eligible and for the most part it looks like it only needs cosmetic things. I've never dealt with one before and dont have any idea how it works and how they get you the money needed for the renovation.
