my first night out with my stang since i got it and with the swap done. and i could not find a soul.i did find a group of teenagers with no brains, i went to all the hangouts never once did i think to go by hooters, was it the one on main? cause i went by jegs but i came broad st to krogers then over to main. i guess i need to check the board before i leave.the night wasn't a total loss i got to play with a t/a or firebird on 270,if it was anyone on here, big fun i got to get on it a little.hope to see ya next weekend.

all done, im waiting on a tranny mount that needed replaced badly, but yes can drive.

thought id do a update. well most of you knew of my tranny problem, witch turned out to be a going bad converter.so i started looking to see what a swap would be like. i posted on corral that i was thinking of doing a swap, i told my story and like the next day i got a pm from a guy who said he was a bracket racer and he did a aode to a t-5 and wanted to go back to a aode because his times went to shit and he was getting beat alot, so he said he would trade me everything i needed for everything he needed. only problem was he is in michigan. well guess what him and a friend where coming to the columbus swap meet. to make a long story short he came right to my house fri.i was ready went right to work and it's done.all parts came from a white 95 gt (i thought was cool) and he gave me some after market parts bbk cable and fire wall adjuster, and a hurst short thow shifter and a cobra clutch and press plate with some ware but will do me.thanks again to all that helped me with my problem on the aode, hope to see you all out soon.

yeah it's good to know that they are people too who have the love for fast cars and not just looked down on because they are police officers. i know a few that are insane about fast cars (and drive like it)lol. good luck with the ticket, if you do go to court you might be able to get it reduced.

OK UP DATE. the torque converter is no good. good news theres a guy that did a auto to t-5 swap, he now wants to go back to a AODE tranny because he is a bracket racer and he said his car went to shit after he did his swap, so we are trading all parts to do the swaps. and i will have a t-5 swap done in the next week or so.thanks to everyone who helped me out on this thing, all the info was a great help. it also gave me info on auto trannys i never knew. thanks again. jeff

i make my living driving a dump truck, started out hauling freight. but found it's nice too be home every night. i do about 43 gross a year not bad about 55 hours or so a week, in the summer time you can see all the legs lol...

that pic is sick, it's now my background, i guess you have to have a program to do that. very nice.im still working in my paint just can't get it right.

can someone help me with making my pics smaller. i have a few pics i just don't know how to make them smaller to use in my sig, a few people have help me in the past i want to know how i can do it, i have this new pic in my sig but it's VERY LARGE... someone please teach me

if something came apart would it be fine one day and act up the next? or would it be messed up 100% ? thr it was like no problem i cuold shift it my self from 1st to drive then hit the over drive button, everythings good, i put it in drive it shifts good and hard still chirpping the tires from gear to gear, and i have reverse and 1st no problems, and no noise. but when i have the problem theres the noise, i pull it back to 1st won't move and i put it in reverse won't move , from drivewhen the car starts to move in 1st the noise is there it shifts to 2nd noise is gone. and if i rev it up in reverse or 1st it will fill like it might be slipping then grabs so hard it spins the tires. right now it is working fine, i just don't get it.... THANKS for everyones feed back if i find anything out ill let you know,and ill post what if any changes happen after i change the fluid. thanks again everyone. jeff

so should i change the fluid and just what happens, or is there other things i need to look at?

where do you find the d&d kits? and how pricie are they?

good info im going to get a few things at a time and do this , im not sure what's up with the auto tranny im being told it might be miner so will see, where is a good place to find a pedal cluster? and what years will work? thanks.

ok today it is like i never had a problem, it is shifting hard, so im changing fluid and filter this weekend, anything i should check when im in there? the tranny has 5800 on the rebuild, i got the car in n/y and the guy i got it from had the work done there i also have a deep fluid pan on it to hold two extra qts, lets hope it's dirt. thanks .
