thanks hoblick ill start checking on parts . can i use a t5 in my 95 body? or do i have to use a t45 i hope i can use a t5 thanks for the info and the offer to help.

well im having prob with my auto and im think i might do a swap, anyone on here do a swap before? how much work and about how much it could cost?

well i have been looking and messing with things like lose tranny bolts and such. went for a drive all gears are woking now and the noise is still there i can't make it out sounds like somthing is rubbing i don't know what a torque converter sounds like if the fins brake,

(before i start it's a auto tranny with o/d aode, with b/m over haul with b/m shift kit) well the tranny went out of my winter car, had a few more car prob with family cars, now this. ill start at the beginning, went to leave work put my car in first gear and the car would not move, so i put it in drive and it moved like normal so i stopped put it in first again, nothing so im thinking how can i be low on tranny fuild, i put it in reverse same outcome so i rev it up in reverse and it grabs real hard so i check the fluid , it's fine. i go into drive to head home i get to a light put it in first and it moves but it sounds like there is something rubbing as the wheels turn i shift to sec gear the noise go's away then to drive no noise, so i pull over and go to all gears , there is noise in reverse and first but it doesn't feel right at all . the noise is like as the wheels turn and it sounds like metal so i just don't know (rebuild has about 5500 miles on it) and what would it take to swap this for a c4 tranny. thanks, sorry for going on just not happy.

that is a very strange way to reset a engine light, it's a first for me. damn new cars.lol lol.

well my dash is alittle diff then that i looked for a reset no luck ill try that site, and i have no book on the car . and on my dash i have a light that comes on and it reads , change oil soon. no dig readout like the one posted. thanks

well the light came on in the wifes car, change oil soon. so i changed the oil new every thing plus tune up. but the light is still coming on at start up. is there a reset i need to hit or should i just reset the ecu? thought id ask my crew before i made some calls. thanks. jeff

well i guess you think you know all about doing wheels, this guy and his buffer does great work he has a few diff types of buffers, diff compounds and i have seen him take a wheel that you think is gone and make it look good again, (THE HOLE WHEEL NOT THE LIP) if the wheels are a paint and not a chrome finish then yes you are right, they will need more then just a good buffing so before you go knocken a guy and his buffer you might want to know his work. and im just trying to help this guy out i don't think we need your two cents unless you can help. so thanks

this might be alittle strange to you but i drive a dump truck and i have big chrome wheels that are hard to take car of, there is a guy that works out of his car at the truck stop at rt 36 and 71 witch is north of 270 he does my truck wheels for 5 bucks a wheel, he said he would do car wheels for 8 bucks a wheel, he is good and he uses a buffer, not done by hand. if your interested pm me and i can give you more detail.
