Got a classic ram head for the ramcharger today from the junkyard for only 10 bucks. . . going @ 50-60 on ebay I thought it was a steal. .. but it's a little tarnished. Anyone have a random CB antenna laying around? I already have the antenna installed on the new truck I got, it's just missing the screw on antenna. . . it's a uniden cb + antenna. . . . radio shack doesn't have just the antenna and wants like 40 bucks for a new setup. thanks

Discount Tire has never been a problem for me Definitely must be something with the factory and backorder. . . I wouldn't let that keep me from going back though. They do awesome work for less than the competition and also have a good warranty.

Depending on your current hardware setup you may need to change the jumper on the hard drive in relation to the channel you put the drive on. If you have 1 hard drive in there now . . . and it's the master hard drive, you need to setup the new hard drive as a slave or cable select. Other than that, it's all plug n play.

Anyone have a good used in-dash receiver that plays mp3's and has a remote? Not looking for one with fancy smancy stuff I'll never use like 5 outputs and such, just something to play my mp3 cd's that has a remote (because it's for the new ramcharger and reaching for the dash is very tedious cause it's such a big tank). thanks -Will

Hey all, just got a 89 ramcharger . . . MINT condition . . excellent running shape. . already has headers and dual exhaust on it .. . and I'm wondering . . what are the possibilities with this engine power wise? Any really good upgrades? I'm more into chevy but couldn't pass up this deal and know very little about the dodge engines. thanks in advance -Will

haha. . .is a cummins conversion really worth the effort? OHHHH..after checking the truck out today the engine is ACTUALLY a 360. . so it has more potential than I thought! YIPPPPEEE. . . . my only main problem with this thing is the loose steering. . . it's not a huge issue. . but there is a lot of play, and I've read up on it and apparently the chrysler steering shafts are worthless and can be replaced with a borgeson that's much better? Interesting. Anywho. . 360, not a 318..and some pics that verify this from the factory spec sheet I found in the glove box.

Exactly. . . if anyone wants to help me over the summer, I'll be sure to keep coolers full of beer and we'll take her out and mud run and such. . . these babies will go ANYWHERE. Only gets about 10MPG city, 15MPG highway. . but it's a damn TANK. . . so I'm ok with that.

It's a lightly modified 89 RC 4x4 150LE with 93,000 original miles. . 1 previous owner, owned by the same old man for 18 years until now .. . and lemme tell ya. . it drives like new and looks immaculate in and out. I hope this will make me a dependable project. . but I definitely have a good starting base. . . definitely not my daily driver replacement. . . but I hope to have some fun with it! Selling my old xbox. . . it's not reading discs for some reason. . . probably an easy fix. . . dunno? I already got rid of the games and such so it's just the console with cables and a controller. Asking 50 bucks. . . since I know someone can fix it for cheap!
