Update: 12-8-07 I also have added tranny jack (stand up kind for lift, off brand) - 60.00 washer/dryer (kenmore i think, probably 4 years old) - 300.00 for both refridgerator with freezer on top (unsre of brand) - 100.00 Sandblasting cabinet (unsure of brand, its huge tho!. Needs new gloves) - 100.00 Also I have a parts washer, the pump i think needs a new switch but works fine. 3.1 wont work in a 98

I have a 3.1 TGP shortblock that was rebuilt a couple of years ago, if you want it come and get it. It was my brothers and he sold the car the motor was going to go in to. He also has a set of ported 3100/3400 heads with customs pushrods so you can use them on the older 3.1. He wants 100.00 for the heads.

Id rock that. I think the production versions v8 has the newer rectangle port heads (L76?), I believe from what I read the heads are supposed to flow like mofo. I thought I read somewhere that a cam should step the motor up big time.

Dude that doesn’t surprise me. German cars are expensive to service. You could probably check all the fluids and change the oil, but you couldn’t talk to all the computers or reset the service light. Yes it is a lot of money, but you have teh uber german car yaaa. Btw an oil change at where I work is around 100 with full synthetic.
