  1. I can't seem to get past the level where the ball and the star are on two different platforms at opposite corners of the screen. Everytime I try to draw a ramp, it just makes a bit square block.
  2. I think it started with your know-it-all/oneupmanship. I, and I'm sure everyone else, have noticed you're awfully good at that.
  3. My mother has spent about $8,000 in the past 1.5 years on her dog to deal with it's acid reflux. It also takes Prilosec every morning via syringe. Sheesh. It is cute though...: http://i3.tinypic.com/6x7wfvc.jpg Ahhh puppah ahhhhhh
  4. Yea, wanted to get it out of the way before I started college. I'm still convinced it was the result of all the alcohol I drank on my senior trip.
  5. I'm not 360 savy, so could someone explain the towel and penny tricks, and the idea behind them?
  6. I'm one of the luck few who doesn't have any wisdom teeth. FTW!!! Did have my tonsils and adnoids taken out about 4 years ago. The first week was cake. Infact, IIRC, I got into a shouting match with my mom the evening of my surgery. The second week sucked though when everything started to scab over. I was hacking up 1" globs of purple/blue/red shit. Talk about nasty. Oh, and that was the best diet I've ever been on. I dropped like 25-30lb. in a very short amount of time.
  7. Retard edit: AJ was right, it is sulfuric acid. Could have sworn it was Hydrochloric (the stomach acid stuff). Apologies, brotato. Carry on.
  8. Yea, like what's in your stomach. Though, it should be said that all acids are also broken down into strength or concentration. It's been about 4 years since I took Chem 121, so I can't remember what that scale is called. But, it's possible to have strong and weak hydrochloric acid. Also, battery acid isn't that bad. I've managed to get it on me (skin) on several occaisions, and as long as you get it washed off in a timely manner, it's fine. Might eat through your shirt or something if you let it sit long enough. It won't melt your skin off or anything like Alien blood.
  9. I guess what I'm getting at is try a different one. Mine seems to work great.

  11. Think realistic combat, minus the paintballs, plus the honor system.
  12. I was going to suggest this. I love mine, though, for being a .380, it's a snappy little S.O.B. That or possibly a KelTec P3AT
  13. Bring your shotgun and a case of buckshot to the range when you go. Take someone along who can critique your shooting habits. 125lb isn't going to be your downfall when shooting. If your stance is good, and your technique is ok, so shall you be.
  14. Yea, it 'sprays', but so does Buck shot. Bird shot, as the name suggests, is for birds. Buck shot, as the name suggests, can be used for deer if you so choose, and is designed for much larger animals, or in this case, people. Buck shot is going to kick more, so you'd have to adjust. But, IMO, if your life is on the line, you really won't care about the recoil, and probably won't even notice it in the heat of things. Just my opinion. And as has been said before; go to the range. I'm sure Scott or Dragknee would be more than willing to take you along.
  15. fixed. Bird shot will usually just piss someone off.
  16. Oh, and incase you didn't pick up on it, I am kidding about the S&W 460XVR for a starter handgun. It's on the verge of being a cannon. For selecting a gun for yourself, I would start out by reading this thread. It'll give you some ideas on where to begin. But, my best piece of advice is not to take anyones advice as gospel. Don't buy a certain gun just because so-and-so tells you to. Find a selection of different ones that you think you'd like, possibly ones that are recommended to you, and go shoot them. Make several trips to a shooting range that rents guns, and shoot as many as you can. Pick which one YOU like best. That's my best advice. Find what fits you.
