I personally, am going with EFIlive FlashScan. That's not to say that there is anything wrong with HPtuners. It looks like a great program, and I was originally going to go with it. But, after seeing some of the new features that EFI is coming out with, and seeing their licensing deals, I think it is more up my alley. I think I remember hearing though, that EFI isn't offering anything for '98 model cars, yet. Or maybe it was HPT that wasn't offering it. I can't remember. Either way, you can't go wrong.

I've heard nothing but great things about Rodney. Might also check out G-Force transmissions. I hear they build some serious shit.

No. I mean upside-down. I had read/heard somewhere, not too long ago, that 'thugs' and 'gangtas' were getting tired of holding their guns sideways because Hollywood had copied it too much. So they decided to start holding them upside-down so they could be unique(gay) again. I also remember seeing the statistics for approx. how much accuracy they lose by turning the gun sideways, and also upside-down. The amount of accuracy they lost was completely rediculous. They'd almost be better off to throw the gun at you, than to try and shoot you, holding it upside-down, and pulling the trigger with their pinky finger. But I'm told by my friend who was mugged, that they were infact, holding them the wrong damn way. Oh, and blackbird. The whole "pulling a gun on someone is a surefire way to get yourself shot" comment. Well, that works BOTH ways.

Yea, we had a blast. Oh, and Mike woods ran his car, but he's missing 3rd gear, but still managed a 13.8 @101 going 1st, 2nd, 4th. The full bolt on GT is Zack Houndstein's. I think he's a senior at TV right now.

I'd say 12.7 is pretty damn good for that car. Not all people have west side driving abilities.

Ok, Enough with the mugging story. Chances are, any route you go in that situation is potentially a bad one. On to the next question. Does anybody here carry? Any other CCW related info, comments, opinions you want to share? Feel free.

Forgot to mention I was told they were holding the guns upside-down. Accuracy would have been laughable. Also, who's to say they wouldn't have shot you anyway? I'm not arguing, just throwing out situations.

Just curious as to you guys' thoughts on this subject? How many of you actually carry? What do you carry? set-up, and things like that? I've been researching it with the idea that when I eventually do turn 21 (July '06), that I will apply for mine. What really got me thinking about it was that a friend of mine was mugged a few weeks ago, at gunpoint, by three young guys. Hearing this story from him fucking infuriated me. For awhile I got to thinking about what I would have done in his situation. Would it have been better to have had a gun and shot (hopefully) all three of their stupid asses. Or just let it slide, do as they say and give them your money, and pray to whatever God you believe in that they don't shoot your ass when they get what they want. In my opinion, and from what I've researched, you would be in full right to use deadly force. How would you guys act in this type of situation? The more I think about it, the more I think I'd have gone in for the kill. Fuck them. Fuck the consequences. Fuck the sue happy relatives that would probably sue your ass if you DID shoot their worthless child. Just looking to hear some insight. Let's try to keep this as civil as possible.
