  1. Is the owner the Predator?
  2. MUCH EASIER TO JUST ADD CONCRETE AND MAKE THE BRIDGE TALLER
  3. I'm giving you 10/10 for bolding the 8/10 and because you are a man of chivalry and good taste.
  4. Section 1863.75(B) of the CR Revised Code: "DJ loves it when people post three times in a row."
  5. Section 843.19 of CR Revised Code: "Crossfit and showers are two things despised by Rustlestiltskin."
  6. Section 973.02 of the CR Revised Code specifically states, "Ellipses followed by a period shall always be permitted on CR, but they shall not be followed by two periods, or two-thirds of an ellipsis. However, in the event of the latter, discretion is afforded to the post rater to label such as an inconsequential oversight, thus permitting the original rating to remain intact and free of deduction." The statute clearly sides with Eli. Also, on a related topic, Section 975.09 of the CR Revised Code specifically states that I have great hair.
  7. I laughed when he slapped the bear one last time.
  8. Why are you acting like a mob wasn't attacking her? Serious question, please answer. TIA
  9. But apparently you took all of your SEAL, Chuck Norris, John Force, and How to Drive in the 1992 Los Angeles Riots courses.
  10. Yes, because the smart thing to do would have been for her to stop, get out of her car, and talk to the driver of the truck because nothing else was going on around that time and a mob of people that had just smashed her windshield weren't running after her.
  11. Are you drunk? Serious question. I'll hang up and listen.
  12. Is this real life? What does your assessment of him as "average" and not having his phone number have to do with anything? I told you not to make intimations if you didn't want called out on it. Then you proceeded to give us a dissertation on how well you don't know this guy. Yes, that all seems to make sense to me. Wait, no it doesn't at all. You're either mentally ill or in with this dude somehow. Funny, you conveniently needed tickets for Saturday and even offered me $50 for them after my deal with jump'n'jive fell through. If I was a paranoid person, then I'd probably be claiming some kind of conspiracy was at work here...
  13. Was it this weekend that you were supposed to meet?
  14. Haha, wtf? (That was not me, BTW. I don't discriminate based on hair firmness.)
  15. You didn't specifically say anyone was, but you were intimating that someone was lobbying to have him banned. So, don't make intimations if you don't want people to call you out on them. Also, you're doing a great job of trying to take the heat off this jump'n'jive dude.
  16. Sadly, I think that's the lesson I've learned through this.
  17. For the record, I'm not asking to have anyone banned. However, I felt compelled to share my experiences for a few reasons: (1) to get feedback to see if I'm off base with how I perceived the situation; (2) to let others know how this guy operated with me so that they could make an informed decision before dealing with him again in the future; and (3) to kind of vent my frustration over the situation. Maybe he changed his mind, but he neglected to inform me of that fact. The way I see it, I gave the guy plenty of chances to tell me that he changed his mind, but he didn't. Also, the way I see it, the problem isn't that he changed his mind, it's the fact that he didn't inform me that he had done so. I guess I thought common decency would dictate that he at least say, "Hey, dude, sorry, I don't want those tickets anymore."
  18. I agree, though I wasn't sure if I had too biased of an outlook on it. I posted this thread, he said that he wanted the tickets. We exchanged several text messages. At two different points in the texts he told me that he wanted the tickets. Meaning, from my perspective, I gave him plenty of opportunity to tell me that he had changed his mind and didn't want the tickets anymore, but he didn't. Then, a day before the tournament is supposed to start, I don't hear anything at all from him. I feel like the guy kind of screwed me because the whole time I held the tickets for him - because he told me he definitely wanted them - when I could have been trying to sell them elsewhere. Maybe I got trolled, I don't know. Or maybe this is a lesson to me that I need to be more forceful about selling things, but I guess doing business that way just doesn't seem right to me.
  19. The jump'n'jive guy totally jump'n'juked me. I'll take up my critique of his professionalism, or lack thereof, to his trader rating feedback section. In the interim, mods/admins, please feel free to lock this thread.
  20. On Paul's sage advice, I'll be offering hair styling tips for achieving awe-inspiring hair to anyone who buys these tickets. And maybe a bro-hug.
  21. I don't buy or sell a lot of stuff, so I'm not really sure what the proper buying/selling etiquette is, but what he did seems substantially wrong. I'm going to try my best to resolve the situation with him first and, if that doesn't work to my satisfaction, then I intend to post up the entire situation here and let CR decide what the verdict is.
  22. Don't try to digitally create a race in Mexico on a closed course at home? I think it's either one or the other, vid editing noob. I'm more annoyed with that than I am at the Mustang driver's lousy skills.
