  1. Yeah, unfortunately, I think the whole bad conditions is what it going to work against you. You can't say, "But, judge, it was really bad out and there was a lot of snow" because it sets up the judge to respond, "Yeah, exactly - you should have been extra careful then." You don't have any priors - that, I think, is the best thing you have going for you. Find the prosecutor before you get called up, tell him/her what you're looking for (e.g., a no-points violation, or at least not a reckless operation conviction), and offer something in return (e.g., to pay a big fine, to do 40 hours of community service), and hope you catch him/her as well as the judge on a good day.
  2. Why were you driving so close to your friend? You mentioned several times that the conditions were less than desirable; you'd think that you would have stayed clear from him, especially after the first time you almost rear-ended him. Or, maybe you were just clowning around with your buddy in the snow and ended up getting caught.
  3. I LOL'ed at the guy that issued the first kick to its head and at the guy who kept dropping flying elbows on it. Good find.
  4. Who says you can't have all of those things at once?
  5. If it's any consolation, then know that no one gets treated worse in prison - not even ex-cops - than people that abuse or sexually molest children. Granted, it's only two years, but it should be the two of the hardest years anyone can do in the system. Believe me, there are plenty of felons on the inside who do little more than watch the news every day just to see who's getting convicted of what and how they can best "greet" those people once they've been processed.
  6. BWAHAHA - I am the original master of the triple post. Believe the hype.
  7. This post has exceeded the maximum capacity of stupid.
  8. This post has exceeded the maximum capacity for self disclosure.
  9. Nice roll. Who was that, Jet Li? No, just some idiot on fire.
  10. The Benz (RWD) has given Jessica fits in the snow, whereas the Eclipse (FWD) never really did.
  11. How about we not and just continue to e-beat you every time you fuck it up? Lazy ass.
  12. For the love of Darwinian evolution, use your opposable thumbs to open a fucking dictionary and learn how to spell the word correctly. EDIT: Sorry for semi-hijack, Joe. For what it's worth, I saw more RWD's spinning out today than FWD's.
  13. Cavin, like I said, I would love to go, but it would be kind of pointless.
  14. Yeah, I hear you. But, a couple of things: (1) I really didn't give a fuck about the jacket - it was more about the principle of the matter, you know? I'm with you - if someone does me a favor, and I'm indebted to them, then I try to pay them back as soon as possible, regardless. (2) Billy was never what I would consider a friend. He was a charity case at best. I have yet to tell the stories of (a) when I was woke up in the middle of the night to come pick him up because he was out of gas and then had to actually buy the gas for him and (b) when he asked me if I could write him a prescription for Oxycotin so he could turn around and sell it for money.
  15. True story. One day he was like, "No, guys, my name is Wil, really." And we were all like, "Shut the fuck up, Billy." LOL. I'm surprised he's not wearing my jacket I loaned him in those photos. It was freezing one night and I let him borrow an extra jacket I had. I don't think he ever took it off. Well, until his mom did the laundry and ruined it - which, I kid you not, is what he told me. I never got the jacket back, and I threatened to take parts off his car until he got me the money for it.
  16. No, CR will come to an end when Gearhead actually races.

    Nominations

It'd be great if you two would sign my yearbook.
  18. Well, it makes sense if you read the part in my post where I said "...and he ends his monologue with something to the effect of..." Thanks for posting up the entire monologue, though.
  19. Did I not tell you?!? LOL.
  20. Plus the million. True Romance is one of my favorites - and I remember after seeing the credits, I was like, "Gary Oldman was in this movie? Where?" That's how great of an actor he is - I had no idea the white trash/reggae thug guy was him. On the topic of monologues, one that comes to mind is Alec Baldwin's monologue in Malice - the one where he's the surgeon and he's in the deposition and ends his monologue with something to the effect of, "So, you ask me if I have a God Complex? Let me tell you something - I am God."
  21. The fourth post is to say the following: what I posted wasn't nearly funny enough to warrant all of this fucking posting.
  22. Will return momentarily. In the meantime, please enjoy this triple post.
