Says it all right there!! I've seen and heard the f-bodies with their share of problems as well, no car is perfect by a long shot. The LSX is a great motor, just ino in a pretty weak chassis.

Don't get me wrong, I think I've met Ken and used to know a number of cdsm guys, most of which have some nice cars and know what they are doing. Unfortunately guys like them are the minority. Honestly this is not a fair comparison, a large displacement powered car vs. a 4cyl. and for the most part most of the f-bodies were more expensive cars(though not by much if any at times). I personally prefer the dsm's as they are smaller, lighter, and have far better chassis(for the type of stuff I'm into anyway) and suspension. My 3 dsm's have been most reliable for me and most are as long as they aren't pumping double the hp over stock on mostly stock stuff like many are.

Focus on 1 scarab at a time and 1 leg at a time, they come down quickly especially if your doing co-op and both have tanks.

Our last event of the year is next sunday Nov. 4. I'd expect 4-5 regular runs with fun runs at the end of the day, the difference of fun from regular runs is their not counted and they cost $1 each(it all goes to charity). I need a tall co-driver for this event. You need to be at least 6' tall to be able to drive my car because of the racing seat. Cost is $20, obviously you have to pay for your own entry. I have everything neccessary for the car and a spare helmet even. PM me or reply here if you would be interested in driving with me for ths last event. Ben

Nick, I forgot you wanted to play campaign but I was playing multi with my roommate and some friends, the guys has less of a life than me so I can't get the tv to myself much. Next weekend Ray is out of town so I'll have the tv to myself.

I tried the transcode thing, was a pita and could never get it to work though it sounds like there's some newer stuff to get it to work.

I like the louvers in the hood, it's been a feature that most if not all Vipers have had. Also the fact that there are no computer aids at all(unless they've started offering something recently), no stability, no traction control, just a simple sports car.

As always the interior is laid out very simple, the focus is on performance. Great looking car and I still love the sound of the V10.

Shifter box sounds quick and smooth, though as long as that car has been in development and so much hype it better fly.

No inspection I know of, I let the tags expire on my Laser each december and renew in march/april with no questions asked except they try to get me to pay for the full years tags.
