Regardless that car has it's place in automotive and t.v. history and one of only 4 in existence.

Congrats! +2 on Hawaii, I lived there for 4 years and miss it terribly. Look up "Waimanalo" beach if you go there, it was mostly untouched by tourists when I was there and is ranked as one of the nicest in the world.

The new webiste is up for our autocross region now....go to http://www.ovr-scca.org/ It should be relatively bug free but some minor issued might come up. It's been redisigned to be simpler to navigate and more user friendly for those not as apt on web browsing making it easier for people to know how to get started autocrossing, so far I think it looks really good.

Just run what you brung, you dont have to have race tires like we do. I ran my first 3 seasons on the same street tires I drove on daily. Though you will have a lot more fun on good street tires like Falken's of KDW's than you would with something like "general" tires or some of the cheapo tires.

Silly drag racer, straight line's are for kids. I used to make fun of the s2000's for their lack of torque, but once I drove one and realized they had no thought of being designed for running in a straight line. I like most people didn't miss the torque. Don't get me wrong though, I drive a 14 ton dump truck that makes 1495lbs/tq and I love it, torque is the true motivating factor in a vehicle, but for what most Honda's are designed like the civic type r, they don't need much.
