  1. For sale I have my stock 17x8 Bullitt wheels off my Mustang. They have 235/55/17 Hankook Ice bear w300 tires on them. These things are a life saver in the winter for a car like a mustang. Tires have less than 3000 miles on them and are in perfect shape. Normal wear on the wheels, few slight bends on the lips and some scratches. Everything balances out fine and the taller tires add a little ground clearance and give it a smooth ride. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=76&pictureid=5482 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=76&pictureid=5481 $500, might consider a trade for mustang related part for my car that I could use, otherwise cold hard cash. PM me if interested.
  2. "Some enthusiast", there's the key word. The live axle caters only to a small group of people these days. Most people that own mustangs could care less about the live axle and more about an all around comfortable performance car. The rest of the world is doing fine at the race track without live axles under their cars, Ford is finally getting with the times!!
  3. It's long overdue, though it's sad it took this long and they're only doing it so they can sell it overseas. With only U.S. sales it would likely stay a live axle but Ford wants to sell it to europe and some other places. Cool thing too is Ford says they will give it a newer, nicer interior with updated electronics....though I hear MyFord touch is a PITA to operate.
  4. Tons of track time folks, well worth the trip. Wish I could go but my season is done I think.
  5. http://wot.motortrend.com/ford-design-head-says-2013-mustang-wont-be-retro-118729.html Plus the SVO may return with a 250hp ecoboost!
  6. Found a video from the guy in the ACR Viper, I make a small cameo in it as he waits to re-enter the course!! Fun Stuff!
  7. That will never happen, just pick a date and stick to it, you will have cry babies no matter what.
  8. No corners at trails bruh! Straight up in your stock bottom end ls1 supercharged v6 vs. my n/a v8! Or I drag the quad ring down the track with my 15L truck! :gabe:
  9. You've never been have you? Dangerous road with the blind crests, but very fun!
  10. Registered, the white whale will be slain!
  11. If I'm in town I'll go, 555!
  12. I know it's big, I think it's around 4 miles full circuit. Just kinda seems like your getting robbed without running full course, and though Nasa might not but they do run events there on full course.
  13. I've been itching to run this track but I refuse to go unless it's full course, just not interested in driving 6hrs up there to only see half the track.
  14. I remember a guy used to come to autocross with a vr6 corrado with some kind of exhaust system on it, such a sweet, smooth sound from that car. The new setup I have on my car sounds amazing! Kooks long tubes/x-pipe, slp catback. Even compared to the old long tubes and exhaust it's a much better sound.
  15. Wow, great pics! Thanx Shawn! Can't wait to get home to see these on a full screen!
  16. Hard to have a rythym when you change qb's back and forth like that.

Why not Waffle house on s.high at 8??
  18. Jonsey, You planning on going to that or Nelson?? Shawn, let us know when you get some of those pics posted up, still kicking myself for forgetting my camcorder.
  19. Doubtful I'll be doing any more events though I'd like to make it there. Nelson is a possibility though, was hoping to put the wilwoods thru more of a test as putnam Is easy on brakes.
  20. I added a few more pics to my albums. Shawn, the new guy there in the viper acr had some people with him that were taking a lot pics, don't know if you can get a hold of him or not.
