Arizona. According to their website they can/do a visual check of the vehicle to look for "Tampering" with their Readiness test. It probably varies and from some message boards it sounds relatively relaxed but who knows when bringing in a vehicle from out of state and it's quite clear mine has been modified which could or could not send them looking for other things. May just have to flash the car to stock with a diff xpipe to make it happen.

Doing some research I could at the least get away with an Ohio tag for 7mos roughly. Their testing seems to just consist of an obd test rather than tail pipe emissions but a pic I found on the state website shows a guy hooking up a tail pipe tester, going to have to research a little more.

I'm considering moving and emissions testing is required. For those of you who have dealt with this on a modified car, is it even worth the hassle? My car is lacking some components which would be easy to fix but the ecu has been tuned by Mr. Turner(maybe he could elaborate a little on this) and that looks like it could be an issue. What do some places look for in this testing and also inspection of the car? I'm not looking to put a ton of money in the car just to make it legit for this crap so if I have to, it may just become a trailer queen but I'd really rather drive it on a regular basis which is what I bought it for. Thanx in advance.

Yep, ask Scott, he'll know for sure. I can tell you from talking to him the engines though a 4.6 were quite a bit different from the mustang variant in terms of intake/exhaust and other things.

No. I hope I am wrong, and if what you posted is true I stand corrected. This is a susbstantial milestone especially as this is a factory car with a warranty and everything else that goes with a road car these days.

I don't think the car will do it, not without a serious tailwind and a lot of praying imo. Theyre going off of math on paper. I've seen a lot of cars claim they can go 200mph, a lot of them don't. I'm still waiting on the lighter IRS platform in 2015ish, until then mine will do.

Watch out for the four rings, if that is on the car anywhere stay away!

Go to a local autocross and you'll see a couple mustangs doing that even equipped with subframe connectors, suspension and cages, it just the suspension flexing.

Trucks have had it forever now, virtually no lag in anything I've driven, same with the S2000.

Thats what I figured, maybe something down the road via a joint event with another group.
