Been wondering is anything was going on, no plans on going near downtown at all today. I have a cookout I may be attending this afternoon but still up for some late grub then off to the ricer meet. While I like Five guys its time for something else, Applebees, Hooters, hell even some pizza would be fine with me.

FYI folks, there are NO autox's in august or september locally with scca, 3 events in july though so go soon or you'll have to wait til october or find an event with another group.

Crankwalk hasn't been an issue since the early 7 bolt motors, never even heard of an evo having it though I did see one case of a spun rod bearing, very rare though.

The launch on Jones' car is amazing! It took off so damn fast and got through 1st gear so quickly I was scrambling to even grab the paddle shifter for 2nd gear!

This is what I had hoped for from city council, they see a great opportunity to save a Columbus landmark and bring jobs as well as business to an area that desperately needs it. I will be spending my money there, thats for sure!

I don't think it was that bad, I think most on city council will see thru the bullshit some of those people were spewing, like the noise created from the racing cars jake brakes! They're probably used to a small group complaining and making irrational comments on issues like this.

Anyone have the email address for city council members? I want to say a couple specific things about tonight.
