advans are not cheap! and the performance advan series would never last 5 years. depends on how much you drive and how hard you abuse them., the compound wears really fast.

that bluefire is a scammer, he is also on dsmtuners, my friend chris was supposed to buy the wheels off him when we where at camp pendleton, in so cal, we drove an hour to meet up with him then waited around for 2 hours, said he was lost, he finally ended up showing up , the wheels where fucking horrible, the tires prolly had 5% if that, radial where showing on 2 of the tires. guy was a fucking joke and a liar. he ended up buying a set from evo35r for 600. my friend mark has a set with 75% rims in perfect shape for 600$ just to let you know. you should of asked me, I just sold a set that I had for over 4 years to a member on columbus dsm, but i got alot more then 350$ out of them

has any rotary from columbus ever make it under 11 seconds? im not even trying to be funny or a dick, but everytime ive seen one run at NTR or larue , it never seems to be as fast as people claim. BTW i know there are really fast rotarys around the world, seems like the aussies have it down the best, either way wish we still kept our rx3 from back in the day.

If it had PA tags on it, his name is justin fielder his girlfriend lives in columbus and he use to work for slowboy racing in PA, the car makes over 550whp like 4 years ago, last I herd he was going with a diff set up, might be more or less i dunno. last year it was stock bodywise just lowered on tein coilovers, and gold ray wheels. i know there was alot of pic's of his car at norwalk online, I will try and find them.

we in the states were short changed on motors, these motors came stock in the silvia's and 180sx and skyline in japan, the 240 is a good platform its light at 2600 for the base xe and just with the simple rb swap, can make well over 300rwhp on stock turbo . friend just ran a 12.2 on a bone stock rb in his 240 on his first run ever, everyone is into different cars . this was also done on a stock 15 inch 6 1/2 inch tire

if you go KA route you can do it much less then 5500, your going to have around 1k-1,500 in machine work alone, depending on what you want done. my dad had this 4g63t rebuilt at M&m they did an awsome job, they hot tanked everything, finished the head, and put in 6 new valves, decked the head and block, micropolish the crank, put in a bs kit, all new bearings, bushed the rods on the new forged pistons, and put togeher the short block for 1300$ you can do it for far less if you put together yourself, If you need any help with the ka also I have built several over the years myself. They have a group buy on zilvia for Eagle rods, je pistons, bearings, hypertech springs, retiners, +1 mm valves ect should check it out. check out the shop page. Another thing just because a motor can hanle 500+ hp does not mean its going to, making that much power takes alot of other things, like lots of fuel mods, sandalone, and good tuning, that alone is going to cost abit . fuel injectors 200-400$ frp 100-300$ aem w/ ugo 2100$ fuel rail 100-200$ turbo 800-2200 depeding on size and brand oil /water lines 300-400$ I can go on and on, then on top of tht If you can not tune your going to have to pay someone to do it for you.
