Yeah wheat pennys and buffalo's are usually the same price either a penny or nickel unless you have a super rare date or place its made. Ive had this r154 for a long time, I wanted to do a 1jz swap into my 240 about 3-4 years ago and picked it up while I was visiting friends in california. It really does not matter because there is no way im even ready to be swapping trannys yet ect. How hard are they to get? I got this one from R&D factory because I did not want to do the mods with the linkage and housing to fit. They told me that with this tranny its direct fit. If they are super easy to get ahold of you can come get this tranny this weekend and I will just get another down the road. If they are somewhat hard to get then Id prolly want to hold on to it. and a gt40r and that swap does not sound right at all!! I bet the turbo was not even in its sweet spot. I bet somthing along the lines of fuel mods had an issue with turning the boost up. I bet it was on stock injectors or somthing. Ha

I guess the best thing to do is really get behind the wheel. I know your car is modded but I can still get a feel for the car. I have not bought 4g63 stuff in over 5 years try buying skyline parts they make gte and ge parts look cheap. To make it easy there is no way im going to turbo the GE one of my best friends owns R&D factory in california largest importer in the united states , and he stocks supra stuff. What I wanted to know is how heavy are they? and can you really feel it while driving? coming from a 2600 240sx with an turbo inline 6 , I dont want to get into a huge boat car that has no feeling.

I have no use for this whole swap as I sold my 240 engine is complete everything you need to get it running, came out of a half cut , I just pulled everything to store it in the garage. leak down test was good before I bought , engine is super clean and would be great for a swap ect. I paid 3k for this and would take 2200 firm perfect swaps for 240sx, 280z, 240z and rx7's

I am looking into getting one, sick of the cars ive had in the past, would like somthing with performance yet have class and have alot of options in engine swaps or turbos. Everyone in my family loves toyotas and im the only one who has never owned one. Let me hear what you guys have to say!

My parents had the same issue, found the issue in the basement treated them ourself and have yet to see one.

My friend recruits in springfield for the marines and they will not even mess with anyone with a prior record right now, so many people are trying to get in for a job that they can be picky now.

YES they have child care on every base, but im not sure how single parents work, I am not sure if they give base housing to single parents or just give you BAQ for off base housing. I do know my friend tryed to go back in after having a kid and they denied him coming back because he was a single parent. But I do not know all the small stuff.

I loved the military while I was in and if someone wants to do it thats great, but everyone blows it out to be this and that, if he is only going in for school and a paycheck he is better off going to school as a civilian. Yes i agree the housing , medical and food are a plus but thats it, if he is single they he gets to bunk it . On base you ever see the housing waiting list ? you think everyone gets housing? thats false. Depending on were you live an what % of BAQ you get for offbase living. E-1<4 mon 1203.90 this is E1 and under 4 months 1200 bucks you can make more then this at burger king and mcdonalds

I dont know how hard the other basic tranings are but I know in Paris Island even in the first 2 weeks you will see them clean house because they cant hack it that far. YES it will I went into the marines and having a DUI on record will keep you away from anything in the MT field so pretty much you cant drive anything and that was even with the marines (less strict). Depending on how bad they need people the DUI will hurt you becuase its more easy to fill the spot with another joe with a clean record.

I cant help you with the price, but that car is gorgous and in looks to be great shape, there are always people willing to pay more for a car that is semi rare , im in that boat right now im willing to pay more then nada for a car if its the right one.
