one minute your saying money is not an issue then your talking about getting this block because it was cheaper, just buy a ls1 longblock that you know runs, and re do the top end? the heads your looking at are going to set you back a few grand easy.

My car should do pretty well then this year on the stock twins I ran a 12.1 bone stock, on stock boost. only mods where the mods I needed for the swap into a 240sx. im re doing the car this car, the car could of went 11's easy with better tires and not a vlsd, but thats all talk. The car is now a single and has decent mods being put on. Hopfully I can get everything set up asap. Hopfully I will be out slaying some v8's this year:)

Anymore 300whp is nothing with stock factory awd turbo cars unless they are older ones, I mean most the evo and sti community are over 300whp with stock turbos and bpu upgrades. I had a chance to ride in a burshur built evo this past summer and hands down was nuts. I dont know what was better hearing a hta35r spooling at 30+ psi or the engine reving 9k rpms or the breaking all 4 tires loose in second gear like it was a crazy animal. What kind of car did you take a ride in?
