I started out using a Porter Cable 7424 with 6.5" LC flat and CCS pads. Which got the things done but took quite a long time. I then wanted to get better results faster. I then decided to buy a scrap hood and the Makita 9227 rotary. I proceeded to practice for about 1-2 months and then took it to customers cars. I haven't had any accidents yet, but for the big claims I do have insurance. Honestly, a rotary is not THAT hard to learn. There is 5 videos on youtube from a Meguiars open garage that is a pretty damn good starting point. http://www.autopia.org and http://www.detailuniversity.com have a great deal of information to learn from. Ok well College is coming and I need $ to get me started so I'm done saving these parts. - z6 Hydro Tranny - 150 - 2 Throw Out bearings - Old 1 = 15 New one - 35 - z6 intake manifold with everything except injectors but still have them - 50 - z6 cam shaft connected to cam gear - 30 - 95 Coupe Headlights/ no turn signals - Might be sold soon. - clutch, clutch disc. Clutch is VERY Low on pad - 15 - z6 intake/exhaust valves, retainers, keepers, springs - 35 - z6 Block. Bare block mostly except pistons, rods, crank, oil pan. - 70 - z6 head. Bare head but still have all parts I took off here. - 40 - clutch pedal with master cylinder connect - 40 - brake/gas pedal assembly still connected to brake resvoir. - 40 - hasport auto to manual chassis mount - BRAND NEW - $175 FIRM! - 2 OEM flywheels - both probably would need a resurface. - 15 each Well I think thats it guys! Ok well I have been tryin to sell these for A LONG time now. They are called Eco Rays. They are 17's 4x100. 2 are in 80% tread paradas and the other 2 are in Nittos AS100's i think. I need these GONE soon! Please let me know. I would like to get 600 with these since the paradas are about new. I will also do a OBO. so highest price takes them. Im located right off Noe-Bixby road so if you'd like to see them let me know and we can meet up for you to see them
