The title is associated with the vin and both are associated with ownership. Why would removing the tank motor and trans out change anything that has to do with who owns the vehicle. I am not saying your wrong, it just doesnt make sense.
Maybe its a Mt. vernon thing but i had a complete talon parts car(no title) i needed to get rid of and they told me to remove those things and they took it???

You can scrap it without a title,you just need to pull the gas tank,motor/trans out and they will take it.

Maybe it cause i go on test and tune nights??I know the last time i had my 2g Awd there i best 60ft i could get was a 2.6 and i spun through 2nd most of the time.

Im still gonna say ebay,cause even is the logo fell off you'd see where the tack welds were plus i've never seen a dnp discolor that much,And look at the welds on a real dnp (#1 runner to be exact)theres 2 seams as where yours only had 1 seam.
