Okay... Well my brother went to court for running a stop sign in Delaware, there was a girl who got a ticket for "excessive acceleration". Stuff like that really depends on how big of a dick the cop is.

I went to see it with clbsinvaders and well I was conscious for about the first 45 minutes then I passed out... not because it was bad but for other reasons and from what I remember from the movie it was pretty kick ass. Don't know how great the story line was but there was always a lot of shit blowing up.

I drive a Nova with a 305 and by no means is that a muscle car. I would call it more of a cruiser. It has very little power but a shit-ton of torque. -

Legally there is nothing you can do because once you put your trash out on the curb, its fair game for anyone to rummage or pick through. Honestly, if hes not bothering anyone I would just leave him be. But if he starts leaving trash everywhere then I would try and do something about it.

What would one be expecting to pay for a lawyer that can get a moving violation (76 in a 35, County Line rd) to a non moving violation or dropped completely? Also I forgot to add, are most traffic lawyers 'you only pay if you win' because I dont have a lot of money and dont want to pay a fine + lawyer fees and still get points.

Does anyone know if the point system for someone who is 16-17 the same as someone who is 18-?. I know that if you get 12+ points your license is suspended but do those 16-17 have less points. Also is it true that if you receive 2 tickets before you are 18 your license is suspended for 90 days? Thanks.

yes. At my school if you skip Saturday school you just get conduct points and if you get X then you fail conduct and cant be on the honor roll. Whoopty doo
