I prefer to weight train at my house. No rules to follow, you can listen to whatever you want to, you can workout anytime of the day and you don't have to wait for equipment to be free.

cellmass claims no water retention. But I definately still did retain water. how come I don't have any of those side effects when I am not on them but then when I take for example NO-Xplode I feel different?

I have tried creatine and nitric oxide. I did not really like either because the side effects(i.e extra anger, edginess and water retention). For me the only supplement is whey.
