air hammer the lugs in the left (off) direction amd pmce it comes loose they will be easy to spin off. we do this all the time at work have never had a stud break. or advanced auto or somehwere else that rents out tools may have a more complete set

did you get the generic extractor that tightens as it turns? we have a set of about 6 at work and always get them off with that. Or you can use a air hammer and it will spin them off

Sounds to me like in your head you know both will take work but if you want the third gen do it sounds like you are only leaning to a fourth gen cause you will be able to do it easier but I know you are not one to cut the corner just to take the easy route -

Its a queen size pillow top and also the frame that breaks down into 4 pieces plus box spring I can slide it all in the bed of a truck but it would probably take three trips in a suv. I really don't want to rent a uhaul pay the mileage etc for one trip

Only happens at high rpm? If so is check make sure your rockers and all is tight might be getting some valve float or slip

I hate to say it but I'm with Paul that sounds pretty cheap esp if they are not stayinf at your house etc. I know when people house sit let out animals etc they charge a lot more than 15 bucks a day. And um sure at a kennel they will get a lot more attention. I'm on my phone now or id look it up but I swear tjere have been threads about this before

They are the same head except the 317 have a bigger cc and therefore have lower comp. Cam only 5.7 ls1 cars make 400+ whp so I would say with ported heads and a cam you would be close to your goal. People like using the 317 heads when they go boosted.
