  2. RECON I posted it up in my thread with the details none at all. If you are smart enough to read and can count to 50 on your own and get on the internet you have enough computer skills needed right there. And other than that you just have to wash cars and go over a checklist. sometimes buff small areas of a car etc... Its really easy.. If the hours were set i would take the position myself but I am locked in at 8-5 m-f so its hard for me to want to leave what I am doing here now
  3. for those who just went in lancaster how much was it??
  4. ???? we are still looking for someone
  5. plugs into your stock harness takes 5 min
  6. you can get most sets of hids for 60-90 bucks so why would you want to waste the money on cheap halogen bulbs anyway??
  7. ttt??? Just got a fresh oil change and cleaned up a little..
  8. did you add me as a referance... we had a few people today i know of come in
  9. you can go up to 11 without going over to sawmill
  10. I would not doubt it from the group of people on here... I 100 percent believe they will post up pics of a ex... I would post now if I was at my home computer... I am waiting for people to just pull pics offline but that would be to lame
  11. no need for a cooler unless going smaller than a 3.0 and you can do a cam with stock heads and a 3.0 safely all day long. Also gen V blower is larger so he would be making more power with the 3.4 on his gen V then the stock blower.. Also they are not cheap and he would need to either extend the fuel lines or get a new rail to clear a gen V. If he wet 3.0 on a gen V he def would need a cam intercooler and some heads etc etc... headers, 3 inch d/p, 3.0, cam, springs, intake, and a tune and you should be able to hit 12s if you can drive... headers, d/p, 3.4, tires, intake and tune you should be able to crack a high 13
  12. driver mod... I ran a 14.6 at 93 my first track pass ever. let alone on a stock gtp with 115k on the motor.. with your mods you should be able to hit A 13... only other thing i would say to hit a low 13 to a high 12 would be a cam and a 3.0...
  13. Talking with a tech here who worked at a off road shop for a long time said since I am using the stock rear end fir now, it wont be to bad at all. just to leave the trans mount until last. That way I make sure to have the right angles I need both on the trans side and the rear diff side of the driveshaft then make the mount I need to hold the trans in place. Does not seem to bad at all. I was reading where a guy did a two piece shaft and it seemed like a nightmare s I wanted to make sure I was not getting to far over my head doing a one piece and going through books of paper and math before being able to work this problem out. Thanks for the input
  14. you do need a passport. They will ask you how long you are staying, where you are staying and for the reason of the trip. And also if you ahve any tabacco or anything in the car and how much... Coming back through they are not as bad just as long as you are calm collective and dont do anything stupid or piss them off... And if you want the cheap cheap drinks you MUST stop at the duty free shop RIGHT after you cross over the boarder because once you clear the shop and the gates you can not get back to them until you are leacing the country again. Pretty stupid if you ask me but I learned the hard way that you can not drive to the shop or walk into it after you apss the gates... Good luck and most people at the tables were more than willing to help out/ teach you

  18. really come the fuck on look it up if you dont know it " Its not how you stand by your car, its how you race your car. You better learn that."
  19. and before anyone else says it.... Lets go for a little ride
  20. I know tinman could probably help answer this question but I am sure a few of you chassis guys or other can to... 1: When doing a V8 swap on a car that did not have or come with the option of a V8 is it better/ easier to do a 2 piece driveshaft so the rear diff geometry etc is not messed with at all?? OR 2: how hard is it to make sure when measuring for a custom driveshaft to make the geometry correct so you dont blow up rear ends???
  21. I am 6"1 and have a 160 board and weigh 190 and it works good for me. I do mostly just downhioll etc. Ive only been riding for one year but it can stand jumps etc also. got it from dicks for 130 last year at the end of the season. Plus if you spend the money upfront on your own gear it will make it self back in the fees they charge you to rent and you will have much nicer gear then the shit the rent to you
  22. I would bet not but man I remeber that site from way back
  23. it did not jump timing or anything did it???
