With the misfires and other small things it needs I would say be happy at a offer of $2500 depending on rust and suspension like stated before People look long for cheaper good 4wd vehicles know tires are not cheap so if that wear is bad enough for needing replacement it will turn off potential buyers

Good luck finding a non ragged out e46 M3 for 12k hahaha and even better luck finding one that is not a vert Ones with good miles and are clean still want close to 20k which is a joke

You can get n54 engine ones for the price range you are looking at for sure, probably with some kids also. With basic bolt ons and a flash they can make 400

Tsb is a common failure that is know... a recall is when it is bad enough they will cover the repair free of charge to avoid lawsuits lol

If you have the design kinkos or staples should be able to print it on a template for you

I am not saying some crazy won’t give you 6k for it but fwiw the 7.3 just does not bring the same money they did 3-4 years ago so don’t be shocked if you get everyone offering 1500-2500 for it with those miles

Usually not bad to repair if you catch it early and have someone who can actually weld and not just tack it to death
