  1. Interested. Is that damage on the left side? Or is it just a reflection of something?

Appears to be light rub damage that gets covered by a cabinet once installed, mine has a nice crease right there and was a good deal because of it. After install you never see it anyhow so it didn’t bother me one bit

  2. Somewhat related, it how big are you? You ever driven a FD? If you’re above 5’10” having a FD as a daily isn’t gonna be a ton of fun. Will require aftermarket seats to fit.

Otherwise if you’re wanting it for a fun daily the best advice i have is to buy one that is only very minimally modified. Downpipe, cat back, and reliability mods only and it’ll be a cool fun regular driver. It won’t be winning street races but will put a smile on your face.

I am 6’1 and no it’s not the most comfortable for sure but I have driven them before both lhd and rhd actually, my exo is much smaller and my C5 is not large either.

  3. Steve, the rest of this thread is going to consist of CR members dissuading you from doing a "fun" FD project, into doing other projects instead. I know you've thought of other options and are settling in on the FD.

    I'm just warning you. :)

You should've kept your CTS-V. Maybe go find a GTO or G8: instant clean LS car for DDing.

I would take a V again for what I paid for mine or even close , the RX7 has style and class going for it, a gto handles like a Camaro to me and am not a fan of it. I don’t want a project already have 2 haha

  4. What's your plan with one? LS Swap? Weekend fun car?

Fun car/ daily. I prefer the ls but because of cost not in the books at this moment probably. I have full desire to rock the dorito until the day comes it decides to part ways with the earth then at that point I might do a swap but not even on my radar.

I just honestly want a clean nice daily now that I don’t work a far from home

  5. I was just trying to be funny.

That being said, I am not sold on Kia quality yet. When I was looking for a car for my daughter I was looking at 2007-2010 Kias - there are some terrible things about them - especially the Kappa 2.4 I think. My parents have leased 2 back-tp-back with no issues but I am just not sure I could pull the trigger yet, especially for a new model.

Sonata was great with a 2.0t, yea a base base cheap early Kia was garbage but they have came VERY far since the rio and other first gen crap.

Would I buy one??? Probably not a chance however I see why people do for sure

  6. Only 1 that needs it :)

I’m a gm fan boy for sure, I mean hell I currently own a C5, a trailblazer, a Silverado, have a mustang with a lq4 swap in it for god sake

But if you think any Gm product wouldn’t benefit from a 100k warranty your asinine.

If Audi or bmw had a 100k warranty I flat guarantee you people would gladly pay the extra 20k for a new one over a stinger

  7. What kind of discount could you offer me, Steve-O? ;) Ha Ha. I hate that I think about this car as much as I do but its really think it would be a nice DD, and I don't usually get excited about new cars.

I saw one stock it was running 12.6-12.7. Not shabby at all imo.

I am not in sales but can have someone reach out to you and see if they offer any insentives

  8. Saw a red one on 270 a week or two ago. Good looking car. Thought it was a Cadenza from a distance but didn't quite look right for a cadenza. Once I got closer I realized it was a stinger. Wouldn't mind test driving one

we have a few if you want to come check them out. The first shipment flew out the door day 1 so I know there are people out there with them
