I get 20-30 of these calls a day on my Verizon cell phone. Nothing can stop them. I block them on my iPhone but they just get another google phone number and keep calling. I will say I probably got on the list by using gambling and coupon sites. I just dont want to give up on my number ive had for 18 some years.

I have not come across anything mentioned in any of the bad reviews. I literally plugged the DVR in and all the cameras synced up automatically. my buddy has a million+ dollar garage, he has all super mint and rare chevys. I dont think he has one car out of the 50+ with over 1000 miles on them. I understand they are investments and he moves about a dozen at Mecum and picks up another dozen each year but I get anxiety chillin in his garage knowing they dont move. any "cool off" around here is going to be single digit % for a long while. The large swings will happen to the people that REALLY overpay for a place. There is no right time but you can limit vastly overpaying. Its hard to do now because it seems like every guy is overpaying, great for sellers obviously. Alot of this going on is in the sub 500k market, higher up stuff seems more steady
