Well i just recently graduated w/ a cert. in medical insurance billing and codeing. I am looking for any positions that are in this feild.

Also i am looking for any strength coach/ Personal trainer postitions. I feel i am highly qualified for the job seeing is how I was 2.5-3.5x my bodyweight on bench,deadlift and squat all raw my senior year. I am very good at coming up with work outs and diet plans. I am also willing to take a personal trainer cert. test.

It all depends on what you are accustomed to- if you typically do flat bench with a bar and go to dumbells you better cut the weight huge or you are going to hurt yourself- if you go from dumbells to bar you will be able to lift more. Not as much balance and secondary muscles involved in the bar. This is why you see some of the more advanced weight lifters lift their legs off of the bench into the air while they are doing flat bench with a bar.

Sorry but that statement was very far from correct....No advanced lifter should ever lift there legs in the air. Unless its a BB they are not the most intellegent life forms!!!

Twelve reps with that weight is fucking amazing! That must be quite a cocktail of steroids/growth hormone/testosterone he must be on. I bet his spinkster muscle could crush a walnut!

not really, yea you have to stabilize them but it dosent make that much of a diff.

^What a waste, for $6k you could do 4 times those mods and ones that would actually enhance the performance of the car(the wheels look good though).

you are so off on your prices its not even funny.
