You handled the situation very well IMHO. Had you pulled a gun or engaged in a physical altercation it could have ended bad either way. I know most people say they would have done this or that, but im going to say 70% of this board has never been approached in this way. Like you said this has happened a handful of times, it only takes that one time for things to go bad.

eh, too much volume. You would be alot stronger if you did less. Also you are training from equipped lifting, sorry man that doesnt work for anything else.
Although it is a good split, it only works for equipped lifters.

I think accessory work needs its own day, 3-4 lifting days and 1 accessory day where your body isnt already beat up from training.
This is a great workout for someone wanting to increase maximal effort as over loading the CNS with several different rep ranges in one workout will do.
However i dont see it being usefull for people wanting overall fitness.
4 different lifts per body part with 3-4 working sets. You should always combine certain body parts together. Also 2-3 days of rest with light cardio is key. Accessory work is often over looked so have one day for minor stuff.
Anything more than that you are over training or undereating....... PERIOD!
Try out the changes i made above. Fruit is not something you need and it will cause big problems while trying to lose unwanted fat stores. It is sugar, sugar is all processed the same way in the body. Also try cutting carbs after lunch, you ill have enough glycogen stores left in your body for the rest of the day. no need to store anymore.
You are going to need to throw in weights. There is a such thing as skinny fat and i beleive you have reached that point. Pm me for workout ideas.
I need a serious work out partner, shit sucks. Im slowly getting back into it doing small work outs here and there. I cannot be mad with where i am at this time with all the time off but i feel like a bitch.
For your frame, I would say get to 200-205 and try to stay there.

Not always, some peoples bodies distribute fat better than others. Also ones estrogen production comes into play at this time as well. A larger estrogen production will cause fat/water storage around the usual male problem areas.
You cannot target fat loss, it is almost impossible. Your body is going to get rid of it as it see's fit. You cannot reccomend carb cycling to someone who is potentially carb sensitive or has cholesterol problems. I would like to know what your current diet is like and work out routine. Your diet is going to play a large role in your progress not necessarily your workouts. Also timing of nutrients is key at a certain point.
