  1. +1 Anybody interested in a Bowl Pick'em on ESPN?
  2. so pointless there's 38 of them not including the ones with the top 4. Not to mention all the money made from them.
  3. I used to do the back end part of assumptions (updating the system to reflect the new borrower in the system) but I think the new borrower assumed all equity. Sometimes the paperwork would show new borrower paying a lump sum to the old borrower, or it was part of a court order from a divorce settlement but that part of the deal didn't matter for what I did so I didn't pay much attention. To the OP's question about liability, If the lender does the assumption properly, The old borrower will be released of all liability and the credit bureaus will be notified. You should receive a letter from the lender when the assumption is complete. A free credit report will let know but it can take a month or two for the report to reflect it.

http://www.cnbc.com/2015/12/07/opec-decision-to-keep-output-high-pulls-oil-prices-close-to-2015-lows.html How's the oil play working out for everyone else? I'm already in a long position but debating if I want to continue to put more in or just let it ride with the dividend reinvesting.
  5. Georgia Tech 3-9 Mizzou 5-7 Arizona State 6-6 Not even close http://cdn1.theodysseyonline.com/files/2015/11/12/635829044674436015777479075_lou-holtz-meme_zpsc6205e55-650x342.jpg
  6. I quit watching as soon as that was brought up. No debate necessary. At best Bama is 2, 3 is more deserving (2/3 doesn't really matter) but you can make an argument for them being 4.
  7. Melt was ok, my kitchen usually makes a better one.
  8. I'll be rooting for MSU against Bama as the lesser of 2 evils, Plus I think Clemson (if they survive Oklahoma) has a better chance against MSU. I think Bama wins by 14+ though I'll be rooting for Clemson all the way, as they are my ACC team. I'm just used to them Clemsoning and not really being a National Contender. Feel free to call me a bandwagon fan if you'd like, but I'm the random guy at cars & coffee wearing the Clemson hat. As far as Conference rooting, I get it with the backlash of "SEC is the greatest!" BS. I don't root for the Big Ten but I do like it when the Big Ten has a good showing because nobody wants their team to play in a conference like the Big East was. You had Miami, VT kinda close and everyone else sucked for a long time. Teams sucked so bad Temple was kicked out to try to make the conference better. I do root for the MAC though, that conference hardly gets any respect but the teams are usually fun to watch. Produce some good NFL players too.
  9. https://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/terrorism/terrorism-definition Because it doesn't fit the FBI's definition of terrorism because they attacked known work colleagues instead of general public? seems like splitting hairs but you know, gotta be PC 24/7...
  10. I don't think Strong will get the chance to build Texas. He will be gone before the end of next season.
  11. Kinda what I thought, Thanks for the history lesson too +1 Green seems like a rare muscle car color.

It's hard to defend a hailmary when all the defensive players are in the back half of the end zone behind all of the Packers. P.S. Lacy is the worst f-ing fantasy running back.

  14. I'm not on the Ohio State is offense is dominating band wagon yet. They really only have had a handful games of good/decent offense over the entire season. They did great against Michigan. Yay! But that's only 1 game in a row. Hard to say they are on a roll or clicking on all cylinders. If OSU has any shot, they need chaos and a not just a win by Sparty over Iowa, but a dominating win.
  15. +1 Stupid question...What's the difference between Pro Street & Pro Touring?
  16. Lots of Mazda guys I know swear by Centric blanks and Hawk Pads for track & auto-x. MS3's & MS6's, not super light miatas for clarification.
  17. Congrats and best of luck! CR Dyno Day this spring?
  18. According to Drew Carey and girls with crimson lips, Cleveland Rocks.
  19. Right or wrong ND is regarded as a P5 team, they are just "independent" (see ACC partnership). They played 9 P5 schools (same as Big12) and no FCS competition. They will have played the potential ACC champs, Pac 12 Champs, AAC champs (possibly both teams in the game) and the team that beat Oklahoma. Their strength of schedule is better than any of the Big 12 teams. Undefeated Big 12 team > ND ND > than 1 loss Big 12 team Big 12 only has 4 bowl eligible teams, 5 if Texas can win 2 of their last 3.
  20. Awesome dude with a '79 split tail rx-7. Can't remember what I paid in the spring for 2 tires removed, 2 mounted and balanced but I think it was $24
  21. Don't forget Navy. Temple or Navy will be ranked if they win out, or it is possible that they are both ranked after they play each other in the AAC championship game (Navy is part of the West Division). That is assuming Navy beats Houston. A 10-2 Navy team with losses to Notre Dame and Houston could still be ranked.
