  1. GO GATORS!

    Seriously.

Don't get my wrong, I'm a huge OSU fan and I love the Bucks, but I love the Gators even more.

Leak needs to have a great game or UF has no chance. Florida has all the talent, a great defense, and great special teams (minus their kicker, who is 3 for 14 or something like that on the year). The only problem with Florida is their playcalling, which can be illogical and even ridiculous at times. We'll see what happens...

  2. LOL thats some entertaining stuff

Bledsoe is the man, Romo is overrated. If he weren't such a statue maybe he would still be the starter and Dallas would still be in the playoffs. It isn't Drew's fault his line blows, but then again, he's probably the most immobile QB I've ever seen.

  3. If the concept was the production model, the cost would be around $60,000. Since the production model will cost less than half that, you can expect a lot of changes. I doubt the rims will be larger than 18's and the interior will be a lot cheaper and probably not so wacky looking. I like the look of the concept, but I hate the nose, so hopefully they will change that.
  4. Ohhh I got ya.

The new Impala SS/Monte SS/Grand Prix GXP are some nice 300hp FWD options. Maybe an SRT-4?

I guess I'd go with the Supra. VR4's are pretty damn heavy. What about an Evo or STi? Maybe even an Eclipse GSX? Just throwin out some ideas

  5. I've always had my plate in my windshield. I got pulled over for it once because the cop didn't see any front plate, so I pointed to where it was clearly displayed in the windshield. He said "oh ok, didn't see it, I'll let you off with a warning."
  6. As far as I know, it runs low 14's and does 0-60 in just under 6 seconds IIRC. GM developed a dual-scroll turbo with variable valve timing to keep the turbo primed and prevent lag.

I'm impressed with the cars Saturn is putting out these days. The Aura looks like a damn nice car too, inside and out. Much better than Pontiac's G6.

  7. 4.3 swap.(but leave it efi or carb it)..using 350 parts. later add a novi.

or even turbo the 4.3, TT low rider.

dont get me wrong, the 2.5 iron duke was a ok motor in those years, but not the most reliable after 100k or more.

+1 on the 4.3 swap. You can find them cheap too. But if you really want to stick with the iron duke, that isn't a bad idea if reliability is your top priority. The 2.5 iron duke was a VERY reliable motor IMO. I too have seen dozens in the 200+k mile range and heard nothing but good things about their durability. They are bulletproof!

  8. More stupid bullshit from that little punk bitch Terrell Owens just to gain more publicity. He's not even that great of a receiver. Actually he's not even the best receiver on his own team (Terry Glenn FTW!)
  9. Count me in! My name's Steve, I got a teal Camaro.

There's a couple decent sized lots in Mill Run (Cemetery/Fishinger Rd., between Hilliard and UA) that would make for a good meeting spot, but I'm not sure about the cop situation. Columbus cops actually patrol most of that area, not Hilliard. This means we'd probably have a better chance of not being told to scram, because Hilliard cops wouldn't hesitate to kick us to the curb the first chance they had.

  10. Am I the only Buckeye fan that thinks Troy Smith is overrated? Don't get me wrong, he's a good college QB, but he isn't as good as everyone makes him out to be and I don't think he should be considered a Heisman favorite.

Of all the starting QBs we've had over the last decade, the only one worse than Smith was Steve Bellisari. Hoying, Germaine, Krenzel, even Stanley Jackson were all better players IMO. In the past, Smith has fumbled too much and ran too often when he should have just stayed calm and thrown the ball. Last year he finally ditched the "run first, pass second" attitude and it looks like he has also improved on his awareness and coverage reads since last year, but he still throws inaccurate passes way too often. Anthony Gonzalez has done a great job bailing him out on numerous occasions, for example, the big catch in the Michigan game. Many of Smith's poorly thrown passes that would normally be picked off are rescued by some of our great receivers that make really nice catches. People need to just watch and pay attention to the games and look beyond the stat sheet sometimes.

All I have to say is that Todd Boeckman is the future. He's a blue chip with tons of potential, but we thought the same about Zwick too, so who knows.

P.S. - I have to work during the game Texas/OSU game

  11. gmac private education loan.... they send you the money and not the school... payments deffered until after you graduate or quit going.

I might have to look into that, doesn't CoreOne/Kemba have something like that too? I'll need a loan for college once my money runs out after this quarter, and I don't want to start paying money back on my loans until after I've graduated. I really don't wanna deal with that FAFSA bullshit and Stafford loans or w/e the hell it is with all the damn endless paperwork.....
